It has been a long time since I updated my blog... there are too much to be updated actually... Oh well... the details can be skipped... Perhaps the kind of enlightenment and realisation that i get which are far more important ba...=)

Everyone has been waiting for their Mr.Right to appear in their lives... But apparently, how would we know if the person is the correct one??

All the while I know that communication and frequency are very important, but really didn't expect it can be really so disastrous if communication and frequency are not there at all... hahah no matter how much interest there is to know a person better, everything will be gone by then hahah coz will not feel happy at all... just something is wrong somehow ba hahah something is missing... mayb it's called 精神粮食 hahah cannot get the contentment mentally and emotionally...

Oh well... actually all girls can be very simple de... just want to be loved and cared for... but they are also looking for "chemistry" or the "feel"... but seriously, what defines "chemistry"? hmm... even me myself do not know what are the composition to form this entity "chemistry" hahah n since this is so abstract, i guess guys have a hard time trying to understand girls ba... hahah

As for me, will continue to wait for someone to appear, whom can truly love and care for me from the bottom of his heart, accept me for who i am, and together can work towards a better future...=) someone whom can feel and think from my perspective... only then i can 放心去爱...

Since no one is perfect, hence it really depends on individual what are the things they can accept and what are the things they can't... and move on from there to make life a better one - more meaningful, happy and fulfilling...=)

As for other updates in life, my feet finally healed but the discolourisation is still there... hope my feet will be fully healed...*prayz* As for work... as per normal... everyone is busy with work, so am i... I sincerely hope that all my friends out there are doing well in their lives... No matter what happens, do not be disheartened... There are always ups and downs in life... Take everything in your own stride and in a positive light... There will be a way out... so everyone Jiayou ba!!! *cheerz*

Disaster to Mark the Last 2 mths of the Year!! sobz

Injured my left foot on 21 Nov Fri Night... Got hit by a stack of plastic chairs...
The whole night i couldn't fall aslp after my mum tried to rub it with yao jiu... the whole left foot cant even move... cant land on the floor... cant walk at all... whole foot swollen like duno what le... *painful super painful ah*

On 22 Nov Sat Morning, went to see doc at Toa Payoh Polyclinic... since it's better to get a xray done... n i heard from frens that polyclinic has such a facility and it's cheaper... so my uncle n mum brought me there... we waited super duper long for doc... really a long wait ah... n my feet was so pain then... First time sat on a wheelchair... borrowed from the polyclinic to move me around...
Luckily the xray din show any signs of broken bones, cracks or fractures... Hence, the doc prescribed me 3 medicines... one for swelling two for pain... n gave me MC from sat 22 Nov to tue 25 Nov...

I went back to work on Wed 26 Nov to Fri 28 Nov... despite me yi guai yi guai de... pai ka-ing to work...really too many thgs to do le... haiz... n i rested at home over the wkend... But still cant really walk properly... though i dun feel that pain le... but still cant walk normally coz if i walk normally the part between the toes n foot will be pain...

On Mon 1 dec, i had meeting and some site inspections, so i tried to wear back my black covered flat shoes... but once i wore, i cant even walk... super pain... haiz... then wrapped back my feet n wore slippers to work... already a wk le but still havent heal... Decided to seek a chinese sinseh after work...
Went to this chinese sinseh near my house... my feet was asked to soak in this hot medicine... then after that the sinseh asked me to pa down n he la my feet!! omg!! so pain!! then the female sinseh wrapped up my foot with medicine... she asked me to come change medicine the next day too... Then i went over to the company doc... n he gave me MC from 2 Dec to 6 Dec... HAIZ...

Think my skin quite sensitive... cant be wrapped up for too long de... will be itchy... now i took out the wrap n try to air my feet le... it's like going to lan lor... red red de... so scary... now touch the skin there rough rough de... like going to lan le... n very itchy leh *sobz*

God Bless my feet please!! I need to heal fast!! n Bless my skin too... cannot lan ah... haiz...*praying hard for speedy recovery... oreadi drag quite long le...*

Surprisingly, it is my first time eating there... though i have heard of this place for super long time but nv had the chance to try it... hahah Finally!! i tried the food there le!! hee Most of their food is nice... except for the xiao long bao... think i prefer crystal jade's xiao long bao and chicken soup...=)

I miss the chestnut drink there... hahah then we went to funan to buy his game... and i bought my 2009 organiser and "Monokuro Boo" folders from the stationary shop there too!! *smilez* Thanks for the "Monokuro Boo" Calendar!! =) Then, we went to citylink to shop and i bought 2 tops!! *beamz* Had our dinner at Kenny Rogers!! *yummy* miss the macaroni cheese and the corn muffin!! hee

Went to IMM to shop around before heading down to Chinese Garden for the Lantern Fantasy 2008... Bought a Bag at $29.90!! it looks expensive and professional!! feel so worth it!! hee gd buy ah!! *beamz* so happy coz i dun haf anythg similar to it... so pro!! hee

Went to the Lantern Festival and took many pictures of the cute cute lanterns!! First time visiting the Chinese Garden!! Thanks Lenny for accompanying me there...=)

Went to work as per normal but was feeling real bad with running nose and i even felt feverish in the body but cold on the outside... so after lunch, went back home to see doctor... Had MC for the day itself n tomorrow... first time take MC ever since i started work in mid feb... hahah

Took quite some time to recover ah... the fever, flu and cold and slight cough... hence, gave the class outing a miss on 30 Sept 08... Join u guys the next time round ba... Btw after work that day, had this 冲动 to cut my hair coz it was getting longer n thicker n messier hahah though i know after this hair cut, all my curls will be gone... but still just cut it ah!! hahah so without checking on the web or forum or from people, i just went into one of the salon at my house here and cut my hair!! hahah then the hairdresser was introducing me treatment lah n others... then i suddenly asked for highlight... since to take up a package is more worth it with haircut, treatment and highlight... which costs me $70/- Think i too stressed hahah just give it a try ba!! First time doing highlight!! Oh well, in the end it turns out more like colour!! hahah it's okie anyway since it looks natural plus i keep diy dye my hair but to no avail...=) Now, my hair is kinda short le... hopefully end of yr i can do back my perm... duno whether 3 mths is enuff for my hair to grow long back... hahah so envy those people with naturally straight hair... then dun haf to do anything to the hair... haiz... for me i have to do something to it... if not the hair will be messy n not nice le...=( I had re-bonded once in June 2002, permed once in August 2006, the 2nd time in Dec 2007... the 3rd time will be coming soon once my hair is long enough... hope will be before cny 2009...=)

Met up with Lenny at City hall... before he reached... i was shopping around at citylink and i saw one yellow top which is not bad... can match with my black office skirt... hee n after trying it... it fitted nicely on me!! hee decided to get it but have to wait for them to get a new piece transferred over here... so got to collect it on another day... hahah Then, we went over to Marina Square to have our dinner at Changing Appetites...=) Nice dinner... n Thank you for the piggy!!

Initially, our plan was to catch the Singapore Fireworks Festival de fireworks de... but no more tickets le... hence, we just meet up for a movie at GV Marina n collect my yellow top which i bought the other day... Great snacking at the movie with the cheese roller coasters and super rings!! *yummy!* hee after that we shopped around for a while, then made our way down to One Fulleton with the intention to try out at the restaurant recommended by a friend... but no more seats le... coz it was fully booked... hahah must be due to the fireworks that would be displayed that night... full of people around who were waiting anxiously for the fireworks... hahah even all the other restaurants were fully booked!! *faintz* kinda hungry le so we walked over to the esplanade side n found this small eating place... n we went in to eat... oh well... halfway through while eating, the fireworks started!! hahah didn't really get to see coz was blocked by the trees!! oops!! caught a bit of those reflections on the glass... n the sound!! hahah was kinda hungry so didn't bother... just carry on eating ba... hee 没缘没缘... wait for next year ba... hee till now i still didn't manage to watch National Day Parade Live n catch the fireworks at the same time...*continue to wait ba... 来日方长...=)* After dinner, we went to check out DXO!! Surprisingly, the entry only 1 dollar!! n to my shock, not many people were inside... kinda sianz de... duno what's the reason for the small crowd... hmm... so we left after drinking one lychee martini... hahah

Supposed to walk the Comex Show de... but in the end, felt so sianz coz the whole place was overwhelmed with lotsa people... n we didn't go in the end... we were like just shopping around endlessly hahah n never bought anythg too... sort of a wasted shopping trip though... everything seems wrong... hahah kinda sianz... Only found one shop, the dresses were nice and quite fitting on me... but the price was like omg... so i didn't buy them... Had our lunch at Mos Burger and dinner at Suntec Food Court... even the dessert didn't really help... hahah Basically, it was quite a bad day for both of us... hahah btw Thanks for the pig keychain... too bulky for usage... will be added to the collection then...=p

Love the Chocolate Fondue!! hee After dinner, Sann, Sann's bf and Rodney came to join us for KTV at Kbox... Had fun!! it has been a long time since i last sang KTV!! *smilez*

Played Mahjong for the 3rd time at Elaine's house!! hee Lost $ 35 dollars hahah coz only hu twice ah... once with 4 tai once with 5 tai...=p Wei Jie drove us out for dinner at Ramen Ramen at Rail Mall... Elaine who was the biggest winner treated us!! Thanks Elaine!! *beamz*

We went to Settlers' Cafe to play board games!! Woohoo!! Like to play board games... esp the Settlers Catan!! Fun!! After playing, we ate dinner at The Central's Waraku Pasta Restaurant... Nice food!! *yummy* btw great to know 2 new friends too!! =)

After work, went to eat Lenny's farewell dinner with my colleagues at Rivercity Restaurant... After dinner, all of us travelled down to Double O to drink and club...=p It's my first time at Double O!! hee Played pool inside... drank some beer n white wine... danced a while ba... left at around 130am coz next day i still need to wake up early in the morning to work wor!! hahah

After work, went to Elaine's house to play Mahjong!! 2nd time playing le!! hee This time, was playing with Eddie, Elaine n Janice... we played 3 rounds in total... 1st round i played all 4 winds n i won around 30plus... the 2nd round n 3rd round were shared between Lenny n me... in the end, overall for the 3 rounds, we lost around 20plus hahah but I was very happy!! coz think my luck was quite good then... there's once i hu with a 5 tai... not only it was a 5 tai... i got all the 4 flowers n i hu with ban se zi mo!! Woohoo!! Really super rare ah... i was only waiting for one tile... n i zi mo!! *beamz*

Met up with WanChew to catch a play at Jubilee Hall at Raffles Hotel... "To Kill a Mocking Bird" =) It has been a long time since i last watched a literature play n also last meet up with WanChew... hee So happy!! Finally, we catch up with one another!! Enjoyed watching the play!! *smilez* After the play, we walked to Marina Square for dinner... Ate at Hotpot Culture... Nice Food, Nice Ambience!! we ate from around 5pm to 9pm!! hahah we slowly eat n chit-chatted!! hee =p Love the chocolate fondue!! *yummy*

Worked for Gary - "Welcome to my World" Asia Live Tour 2008 on 12th July 2008...=) His concert is very entertaining... n his live singing is gd too... Enjoyed myself!! *beamz* Went for supper with Chun Kiat, Yu Wei, Hui Lin, Candice n Huifen after work at Kallang MacDonalds... i tried the Mac Cafe's sandwich... didn't feel like eating any meal from the normal Mac...=p

Watched "Red Cliff" on Wed - 16th July 08 at GV Vivo... i really find that the waiting time at GV is way too long le... the movie was supposed to start at 8pm... but it only started at 830pm...*faintz* Seriously, the waiting time was a bit too long... Really feel that they should do sthg about it ah... Kinda waste our time...-_-" The show is not bad... but i was shocked to know that this was only Part 1 hahah means i have to wait for part 2 to finish watching it... a bit de diaoz hahah coz i didn't know this is only part 1... so when the show reaches the climax... suddenly... the "to be continued" words were shown n i got a shock!! hahah so anti-climax ah...-_-"

Worked for Wynners' Concert yesterday n went for supper at Kallang KFC with Chun Kiat, Hui Lin, Candice and Huifen...=)

Just now around 8pm, went to meet up with Jieming, Jarren, Ivy, Yanz, n Kelvin at Kovan HK Cafe...*smilez*

On Mon - 30 June 08, went to Tampines Mall after work, managed to buy one pair of black covered flats for work... so happy!! Costs me $15.90 only!! Hurray!! *beamz*

On Thurs - 3 July 08, went to Marina Square ater work, managed to buy one pair of black working pants from Little Match Girl at $25/-!! So happy!! really gd buy ah... coz usually pants are expensive and also not easy to find my size... surprisingly there's one pair of "s" pants fits nicely on me... it's actually a kinda "defect" ah... coz the other "s" pants are a little bigger... so happen there's one piece a bit smaller so it's gd for me... Hurray!! originally i wanted to buy another pair of pants since it is cheap but i couldn't find a little smaller de for the other colours... so that particular one is really meant for me to buy ah... hahah

This whole week plus weekend, think somethng is wrong with me... I had mood swings that fluctuates like nobody's business... I'm shocked by myself too... haiz... coz it's like so so rare for me to have mood swings... Must really reflect ah... so have been thinking and reflecting a lot this weekend... Really hope everything will be fine soon... I must learn to see things even more broadly and always stay happy and positive and shouldn't let many things affect me too easily... Must stay cool and composed...*Ganbatte Gal!! I can do it de!!*

On Sun, went to sing KTV at Top One KTV with Chun Kiat, Yuwei, Hui Lin and Huifoon...*Beamz* Candice joined us for dinner at Bugis - one taiwan xiao chi dian... and we chatted for a long time... they decided to go on a genting trip but i had to give it a miss coz it clashes with some event for my work... so haiz... join u guys the next time round... provided u all still gian to go again like at least in half a yrs' time since you all just went hahah

Worked for Fri - 13th June 08 and Sun - 15th June 08 Aviva matches!! On fri, took bus 158 home together with ChunKiat and we had supper at the Roti Prata store at our house area... *yummy* Chesse Mushroom Prata!! Yeah!! =) On sun, KhengSheng, Hui Lin, Candice n me went for dinner at PS Manhantten Fish Market... We 3 gals shared a seafood plattar for 2!! *yummy* After dinner, we went down to eat dessert - mango ice!! *slurps*

On Sat - 14th June 08, went to sing K Lunch at Suntec KBOX with Lenny and shopped around at Suntec, then proceed to PC show... i bought a keyboard cum mouse as my keyboard got problem with some of the keys le... hahah Had Han's for dinner at Marina Square...=)

On Mon, went to watch KungFu Panda!! The show is not bad... very funny!! hahah

On Tue, worked for the Osmond's Concert... Took a cab down after work... faintz hahah Went for supper with Yuwei, Catz, Weishan, Junwei, Keith, Hui Lin, Candice, Phyllis n Baohua at the Kallang Macdonald!! Tried the Spicy Nugguts and the onion rings!! Shared cab home with Hui Lin n Candice...=)

On Fri after work, decided to go back to Suntec to buy the dress n a top cum shirt that i tried on Sat... hee Luckily they are still there for me to buy hee Before i reached Suntec, while walking in CityLink, there's a shop having SALE!! with 15 dollars off on dresses!! So, i went in to look around n try on a few tops cum dresses... in the end, i bought one black dress at $34/- Happy!! this is my First Black Dress!! Woohoo!! *beamz* Then, quickly made my way to Suntec to buy the top cum shirt and dress...*beamz* So, mission accomplished!! Wanted to have dinner at the CityLink Japanese Restaurant since i have not tried that before... When i was like less than a few metres away, i saw this shop with very nice clothes inside... so i went in to take a look... To my Surprise, it has sizes called XS!!! I was overly excited and happy!! hahah Took a dress that caught my eye to try it!! n Guess what?? it fits so nicely on me!! So happy!! Over the moon le!! Decided to get it ah!! hahah so 难得 got dress's cutting fit so nicely on me lor... then coz due to sale, the 2nd piece has discount... so i looked at their skirts... took an office wear kinda skirt to try... as i do not have any in my wardrobe since i couldn't find any in shops like G2000 etc... as they are too big for me...=( The skirt fits so nicely on me too!! So happy!! Really so 难得 ah... hee There goes some of my pay!! hahah Bought the dress and skirt!! *grinz* I was really like on a shopping spree ah... Bought 3 dresses, 1 skirt and a topcum shirt!! Spent a total of $199.91!! First time in my life that i spent so much on just one shopping trip!! *faintz* but seriously, the skirt and the dress super 难得 ah!! XS!! hee one plus thing is that all of them doesn't resemble anything i originally had in my wardrobe... n all of them give different image and can be for different occasion de... so not so bad... if not... it's like omg!! hahah Btw, Thanks Lenny for your accompany and the belt...=) Sorry, in the end, no time to eat at the Japanese Restaurant le...=( Had Burger King instead...

On Sat, went to KTV at Top One after work with Chim, Kenneth, Lenny, Wei Jian and Eric... After KTV, Annie and Chua came to join us for dinner at a Japanese Restaurant at Bugis Junction and a coffee cum dessert session at TCC after dinner...=p Had my all-time-favourite Ti-rum-mi-su!! *yummy*

On sat, went for KTV with Yuwei, Chun Kiat, Kelvin, Candice, Hui Lin at TopOne KTV...=) Super fun!! we were so high!! n as usual, we cannot sing finished the list of songs that we dian... hahah After KTV, we had dinner at the TeaShake Hut at Bugis Junction...=p I suggested it de... hee coz the fried rice n the chicken wing there are nice...*yummy* After dinner, we went to ChunKiat's house to play POKER!! *grinz* This is the first time playing POKER with Yuwei!! n he has a different set of rules!! Fun!! Really more exciting ah!! Woohoo!! =p Won $2.70...=)

On sun, unexpected de... ChunKiat's own program of mahjong was cancelled... then in the afternoon, we discussed on msn n went to his house to play Wii n Poker in the evening!! hahah Had fun playing Wii!! I had Strike n Spare for the bowling game!! hee but i can't drive ah... MarioKart game is so DIFFICULT for me ah!! hahah We only managed to start playing Poker at around 10pm++ n we played till around 230am!! hee Won $3.30!! So happy!! hee So in total, i won $6/- this wkend unexpectedly!! Woohoo!! *beamz*

First of all, I would like to thank all my friends for their blessings on my birthday last week...=)

Enjoyed myself on my birthday too... Thank you so much!! you know who you are...=)

Recently, i find that my life is such a drama... haiz... how i wish my life could have been simpler... haiz... All i want is just a simple life... is it that difficult?? i really duno... i don't like the fact that i'm quite affected emotionally and mentally over certain issues...=( My head seems like spliting apart while finding a solution... haiz... It's really a battle between my heart n my brain... n they cannot come to a consenses... *faintz*

Anyway, yesterday n today had pretty bad mood swings... coz usually i don't have bad mood swings de... wasn't very happy ba... got to sort out what's wrong with me ah... it's really not healthy like that... God, please enlighten me and give me the strength... i must be a happy gal!!!

On Fri, we had early dismissal from work due to the National Family Celebration... so 5pm we could knock off le!! *beamz* Originally, Lenny, Chim n me wanted to go play Board Games de... but only got 3 of us... then they suggested shopping... so we went shopping at Orchard...=) While waiting for Chim to arrive coz she was at site, Lenny n me went to explore Borders... It has been a long long time ever since i stepped into Borders... coz Wheelock Place is not very on the way for me... somehow i seldom go there... i was quite amused by the machine to test-listen the music... think i was just being a mountain turtle lah... maybe this machine had long been in effect there le... it can just scan any barcode n able to play the discs... usually those machines i saw before was like the discs were inside le... then u can just click and listen...=) Maybe coz this one can scan any discs, that's y the song can only play for a short while n not the full song...=( Not like the conventional type... hee

Then, we went out of Borders to just walk around, and walked past this shop with those capsules machines... and there's one machine that caught my attention!! the cartoon char is cinnamon roll... n the interesting part is that the toy is a capsule machine!! So cute!! hee eh... n i tried to get one for myself lor...*winkz* so there goes 3 dollars into the machine!! hahah it's really very cute ah... have to go back and fix it up de... and can really twist the thg n small capsules will fall out!! hahah it's really a miniature capsule machine!! hee Then, went on walking and saw the word "SALE" outside a shoes shop hahah so i went in to take a look!! =p The heels and flats are really very nice!! But the sad thg was that, each design only has one pair for each shoes size!! Coz got one pair of black flats which was very nice!! but didn't even got the chance to even try it on... so i only managed to try on another pair of heels!! it is very comfortable and nice!! n i also do not have any similar design/colour/material shoes at home... so tada!! I bought it!! *smilez* Btw, Chim also reached le... but she didn't want to try any shoes le... coz she bought quite a few pairs of shoes elsewhere recently... hee

Then, we set off to Far East to shop!! hahah Nothing really caught my attention... so sadz... Around 8 plus, we went to eat dinner at Han's... Had my favourite Grilled Fish set dinner!! too bad it wasn't serve with hashbrown...=( Oh well, it was still a happy meal!! =) After dinner, we continued shopping!! hahah then, i saw metallic purple tops in one shop!! Went to try on a few... n i like the purple off-shoulder top!! hee something i don't have in my wardrobe... hee so intended to get it...=) just when i was changing out, Chim actually paid for the top!!! Was so shocked lor... She bought it for me as my Birthday present!! Thank you so much gal!! Really didn't expect it... Thanks for the surprise!! hee

*So happy!! Had a nice pair of covered heels and a metallic purple satin off-shoulder top... n the cute little capsule machine toy!! hee *beamz* I'm happy despite i lost my little match girl purse a few days back... Gone with the wind!! hahah*

Worked for Harlem's Concert yesterday as North Ticket Collector... Think recently i keep getting ticket collector hahah just in the month of May alone, i was ticket collector thrice already!! premier, east n now north... hee anyway, i like his slow songs!! super nice!! again, they are those songs that if well sung by guys, can really melt the gals!! hahah After work, Yuwei, Baohua, Kelvin, Candice, Hui Lin n me, we went for Supper at Kovan!! Had Nasi Lemak!! I ate so much!! hahah I ordered chicken drumstick, fish fillet, egg and curry veg for my nasi lemak...*yummy* Also, ate 2 叉烧酥 and drank lemon barley!! Was so full ah... hee Thank you Yuwei for the lift home and also the 叉烧酥...=)

On 10th, worked for Jenny's Concert!! n i bought the DVD autographed by her for my mum as Mothers' Day present wor!! *beamz*

On 13th, worked for James Blunt's Concert...*smilez*

On Fri, went home after work to bathe and get changed to go clubbing!! hee Wanted to check out St.James Power Station... but haven got a chance to go there since it opened... hee Met up with Lenny and Chim to go down to get the chop for free entrance before 9pm... hee Then, we went to Vivocity Superdog to have our dinner... n we chatted till around 10 plus before we made our move over to St.James...*beamz* We went into different clubs to take a look...=p Around 1plus, Chim left for home as she had to work the next day... Lenny and me stayed till around 230am... Generally, it's fun... just the music lah... i prefer retro leh... hahah

On Sat, i supposed to have KTV gathering de... but it was cancelled... then my friend asked if i want to join in for BBQ... it has been quite long ever since i had any BBQ, so i just tagged along!! hee As usual, for BBQ, i will sure eat the hotdogs and mashmellows!! hee Thanks for inviting and sending me home...=) u know who you are wor!! hahah Thanx thanx!! =p

On Sun, worked for a Tamil Show... there's this kid.... super hyperactive!! faintz!! one of the usher said that seems like i'm the kid's babysitter lor... hahah i was looking at the kid going up n down the stairs... haiz... can be quite dangerous lor... haiz... the kid not tired but i'm tired looking at the kid ah... *sweat* After work, around 20 of us went for supper at AMK S11... The best part was... Pamela, Patsy n Huilin were toking about KTV!! n we were all so High about KTV that we immediately arranged to K in like less than 8hrs' time away!! we called up TOP ONE KTV to place reservations!! it's really that kuazhang ah!! *beamz* Love to SING!! *hurray!!*

So, tada!! Mon!! 12 of us went for KTV!! Pamela, Patsy, Dorothy, Winnie, Phyllis, Yuwei, Huilin, Jie Hui, Jonanthon, Henry and Andrew... we sang from 11am to 6pm!! n we still can't finished singing... the songs that we dian were like forever 17 pages de lor... like never move de hahah We are really a bunch of KTV siaoz!! hahah Love singing!! Yeah!! *woohoo!!* After KTV, we walked to Suntec Foodcourt for dinner...=)

Super enjoyed my long weekend!! I really foresee me having Tuesday Blue tml!! hee *winkz*

On Wed after work, met up with SongKwang, Yanling, Ivy, Juana, Roland and Jieming at Clarke Quay area... we went to eat Fish n Chips opposite Central... it was my first time there eating... not bad... the fish tasted very good with a lot of vinegar!! oops!! hee yah i love to eat vinegar!! hee After dinner, we walked around to look for a place to drink n chill... in the end, we ended up at this small bar beside dbl o called Tivoli... I drank 3 Lychee Martinis!! hahah First time i drank so much and that explains y i puke out everythg in the end... hahah But seriously, the lychee martini tasted very nice!! n the lychee...*yummy* this was the 2nd time that i tried this drink... the 1st time was at Timbre also with my council friends... but that time that lychee martini was so horrible!! doesn't taste nice at all... n i thought lychee martini was so 难喝的... to my surprise, the one at Tivoli is nice... hee but i drank too much n too fast le... especially i'm those seldom touch alcoholic drinks de... so... hahah

Yesterday, was a very rushed day... hahah in the morning, i went to East Coast Park Mac to meet my colleagues - Chim, Lenny and Chua for breakfast... then later we went cycling... n u know what? i actually knocked down someone and both that lady n I fell down... oops! luckily that lady wasn't injured... if not really jialat... i bet that lady n the guy must be very angry and must be scolding me deep down in their hearts ba... luckily she wasn't injured so they didn't say anythg... then i apologised and my colleagues also came to help apologised too...=< As for me, my left foot the thumb was bleeding... po bi le... but wasnt pain when i tried running water against it to wash the wound before sticking a plaster over... hee Around 1 plus 2, i left and rushed home to bathe and change to go for work as usual... hee

Met up with ChunKiat, Kelvin n Candice for dinner at Mos Burger at PS... Huilin came then we took bus together...=) I was the premier ticket collector and ChunKiat n Candice were premier ushers... then Huilin n Kelvin both were at North... hee I got to rotate with the other ticket collector to go in twice... hee After work, we took bus n nel to kovan... n ate our supper at this new location... it was my first time there... hee i tried the porridge... next time i shall try the nasi lemak!! hee Kelvin walked home and ChunKiat, Candice, Huilin n me shared cab home...=)

Chun Kiat, Kelvin, Hui Lin n I went to watch 五月天,回到地球表面2008演唱会!! Woohoo!! *beamz* The concert is really superb!! Very High!! hee It's really worth buying tix to watch!! =p The stage is very special... first time in indoor stadium... with stage runway... n a sky bridge!! Very cool wor!! n due to this stage configuration, almost all the patrons had very gd view...=) Before the concert, we went to the SIS Star Lounge to get our drinks and ate some finger food... hee When the concert starts, all of us were standing up le... Half the time we were not at our seats le... we were beside the runway... hahah as for Hui Lin n me, we got to shook hands with 阿信 when he walked past the stage runway!! =p Enjoyed myself at the concert!! =) After the concert, plus Candice and Huifen, we went for our supper trip as usual at Thomson... we tried the ba cho store beside the prata there... We were all so tired hahah After supper, Chun Kiat, Kelvin, Candice n I shared cab home...=)

For the 2 weeks, due to the leaving of the attachment boys and 1 permanent staff, we ate quite a lot of heavy lunches!! hee Ate 2 times 煮抄 at coffeeshop no. 2, 1 time fish head curry at coffeeshop no. 1, 1 time also 煮抄 but at some aircon restaurant at JooChiat area... Heavy and yummy lunches across the span of 2 weeks... hee *yummylicious!! Woohoo!! =p*

Had Buffet Dinner with my colleagues on last Friday at Kushinbo Suntec...=)

Last Sat, worked at The Contender Asia, after event, Kelvin, Candice, Huifen, Huilin n me went for supper at The Roti Prata House... The pratas that night tasted great!! The egg in the plaster was oozing out!! *yummy* and the cheese prata also!! All of us found that the pratas that night were superb!! *beamz*

Yesterday, Chunkiat, Kelvin, Candice, Huifen, Huilin n me met up earlier at PS KFC to eat before going to work for David Tao's Concert!! *smilez* The concert is nice!! He sang at least 5 of the songs that i like... Yeah!! *beamz* We went for supper at The Roti Prata House again!! hahah but this time round the pratas dun taste as nice as last week's hahaha

*Looking forward to this Sat's MayDay Concert!! Woohoo!! ChunKiat, Kelvin, Huilin n me are going down as patrons!! Think many other gcos also going to watch as patrons... hahaha Going to fully enjoy the concert!! On Fri, met up with DuanNeng and Opheania for dinner at Sakae Sushi to celebrate DuanNeng's birthday!! Nice catching up session too!! hee Hope you like the bear n flowers gal!! =)

On Sat, went to sing KTV with my colleagues - Chim, Lenny, Kenneth, Eric, Wei Jian n Yong Jian, first time singing with them... All can sing so well too... hee Enjoyed myself!! *smilez*

On Sun, Candice, Huifen, Huilin, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me met for Burger King's breakfast at Bugis and went to sing KTV at Top One... First time singing there... hee Enjoyed ourselves too!! Can sing for straight 7 hours wor!! *beamz* After KTV, we ate dinner at some coffeeshop and then we took bus to ChunKiat's house to play Poker!! hahah i won $1.70!! hahah btw whoever who HOLDS the board really will be sway!! hahah *winkz*

*Luckily 3 days of outing cost me around 80 bucks...phew! hee Hope to have a great week ahead!! To those studying and rushing assignments or projects, Jiayou wor!! hee*

So Happy!! Finally!! Had supper with my supper clique after so long lor!!! The six of us - Candice, Huifen, Huilin, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me!! We went supper after Sam Hui's Concert yesterday... Ate at Thomson... the Tong Shui HK cafe... yeah!! We were like so farnie!! we were outside there checking if we had enuff cash with us to eat supper n take cab home!! LOL n we chit-chatted until 2 plus then we left... n we can really chat lor!! we can go on n on non-stop until morning i guess... we will not be surprised!! hee but we still left coz kelvin got to go shao mu in the morning... hee we arranged for KTV session this coming wkend!! Hurray!! Missed KTV!! *beamz* if not no other free wkends ahead le... hee btw i was so so tired ytd... stood throughout the show... was ticket collector for ytd... so busy n tired hahah luckily for the supper we had!! rested my feet during supper!! hee

Went to check out on The Bodyshop Shop warehouse sale with Jessie on Thursday!! It was so scary!! The crowd!! omg First time see this kinda crowd since it was the first time that i went for a warehouse sale... It was really cheap... with discounts up to 70%... well... i don't really use their products often coz it was expensive... so i just went to check out to see if got anythg that was cheap n i can buy de... i wanted to get nail buffer n the white musk toilette... but no more le... so too bad... gotten a white musk body spray instead n those miniature bottles of shower gel n lotion to try since they are really cheap... n i managed to buy the stuffs for my colleague... Luckily i went with Jessie... we took turns to queue n shop!! coz the queue for paying was super long... we queued for like 1 hr plus before we could pay at the cashier!! *faintz* i guess next time i wouldn't want to go warehouse sale anymore unless i do use a lot of the products of the shop... hahah

Another wk of updates!! hahah On wed, i went out shopping with Jessie at cityhall to check out on the 40% Giordano Sale after work... I intro her to the Double Chocolate Donut from Donut Factory!! hee the chocolate was oozing out wor!! hee Heaven!! =p In the end, i didn't managed to find anything suitable from Giordano... only bought an umbrella n tank top at 8 bucks each... Luckily Jessie managed to buy a pair of jeans, a 3/4pants n 2 tank tops... at least nv waste the 40% sale... hee

Btw when we were at citylink... we were stucked in the middle with the sale of accessories!! hahah she spent 15 bucks n i spent 14bucks on 5 pairs of earrings hahah *beamz* quite a gd deal... n i dun haf anythg similar to it at home... so tada!! hee Along the way in citylink, she also bought clothes from one of the shop...=) i bought a lace tube top from the same shop too...*smilez* It was a fruitful shopping trip for both of us... Enjoyed shopping with you gal!! *beamz*

On sat, met up with my JC Class gals - Yanshan, Xiuwen, Karen, DuanNeng n me, for dinner to catch up with one another after so long... Had dinner at TCC!! Woohoo!! On fri, I called up the Circular Rd branch... however, we are unable to have 5 beanbags for all of us... so i called the other branch at Millenia Walk for reservations instead... I realised it has been a long time since my last visit to TCC... coz the menu changed and my fav main course n snack weren't there anymore... No more Dory Fish n the Lychee and Yam snack...*sobz* Only left with my Favourite Ti-rum-mi-su to entertain me hahahah Love the dessert to bits!! *yummy* Had a nice catching up session with you all...=)

On sun, worked at SPOP Hurray!! Not bad... though i think it was a bit draggy?? hahah btw thanks JunJie for the lift home... Great that so many of us stay around the same area... hee Looking forward to this sat... Supper trip after event!! *hint hint* i missed suppers!!! =p *grinz*

Completed my medical check up last sat and becoz of that i had to swop my Disney on Ice date to today... Somemore i only managed to get one day out of the ones i signed up for... Btw i like the little mermaid segment best!! with all the starfish... the yellow coloured fish is very cute!! hee

Went shopping last sat at Bugis Village with Bijin after the check up... in the end she bought a lot of stuffs hahah i only managed to get a top cum vest... hee Btw she bought a Nintendo DS Lite last yr dec!! it's really very fun!! Mario Game!! So tempting for me to get a DS too... but it's so expensive leh... haiz... so i'm still thinking very hard hahah coz in my opinion it's really a 奢侈品 n not a 必须品!! that's why headache ah!! hahah

Yesterday after work, i went to Bishan J8 to have lunch at coffee bean n to shop around...*smilez* Bought a small jacket at $15.90 and a top at $25.90...*beamz* Just as i was walking into one of the shops at the top storey... i met xiuwen n karen!! so coincidence!! hahah we long time nv meet le... both of them are my jc classmates... so we catch up with one another!! hee

Another Fun and Fulfilling Week!! beamz

For my second week of work, i was busy doing the tender evaluation report for a playground project... n i also tagged along to go on different sites with my sup for around 3 days... Btw i was assigned a Project le!! I'm in charge of it and my sup will guide me throughout...=) On wed afternoon, we went down to survey the site together with the Town Council Property Manager... I foresee i will be quite busy le...=p

On Wed, ChunKiat suggested to us to go his house to play Poker on Fri!! hahah think they are all crazy over this game introduced by Huifen le lah... hee so all of us - ChunKiat, Kelvin, Candice, Huifen, Huilin n me, we met at 7pm at serangoon interchange... then we had dinner at S11 there... then we headed over to his house to play!! We played till around 12... Huifen's mum came to pick us up...=p Then, we also arranged to meet on sat to go for the GCO refresher course together... and guessed what?? We even wanted to meet to play Poker again on Sat after the course!! hahah This time round, changed of venue!! Going Huifen's house!! =p

Yesterday, during the course, all of us were so crazy... After lunch break, we were so crazy taking pictures at the premier floor there... We were trying so hard to take the "Jumping in the Air" photo!! We succeeded in our 5th photo shot!! Yeah!! Can't wait to get the photos!! hee We really very good at zi high n entertain ourselves ah... hahah After the course, we went to get our MayDay tickets from Raymond...*beamz* Looking forward to the concert ah!! After the course, we took bus out to selegie to eat chicken rice for dinner... Then, we took bus to Huifen's house to play Poker... We again left at around 12... We waited for Huilin to take bus home and the rest of us we shared cab home...=) Had Fun though i lost the most hahah lost exactly 6 dollars!! hahah All goes into ChunKiat's pocket lor... He won the most!! hahah

For the 1st whole week of work, i'm feeling alright... Looking forward to know more n learn more... Did some progress claims, tender evaluation reports, and also got to follow my sup to do some inspection... hee so cool!! it was in my house estate lor!! we even inspected at my blk here *winkz* but too bad... that day i wasn't going home after work... need to rush down to SIS for the Satana Concert on Mon... hahah

Sat, was our long-awaited steamboat gathering!! *yummy* Candice, Huifen, Huilin, Kelvin, Calista, ChunKiat n me, we went to eat at Tanglin Shopping Centre - The Magic of ChongQing Hotpot!! After that, we went to walk a while at Far East while waiting for our movie at Lido - Death Note Spin-off - L Change the World...=) After the movie, Kelvin and Calista left... n we impromtu came out with an idea!! We decided to go to ChunKiat's house to play!! =p On the bus along the way, Huifen introduced this new Poker game... something new to us... n we decided to play later when we are at ChunKiat's house... hahah so we played n used paper to record our winnings n loses!! It was so fun!! n we were like so funny n high when we play game... hee After the poker game, we ordered KFC and carried on to play Mahjong... First time playing real mahjong with chips... so funny!! we had so much fun!! when our KFC came... we were eating and watching the taiwan variety show...=p After food, we continued with our game of Mahjong!! Woohoo!! Then, around 12, we left n Huifen's mum came to fetch us home...=)

Come to think about it, we met one another for almost full 12 hrs!! From 12 noon to 12 midnight!! hahah It's really the company that counts... Had so much Fun!! Had Steamboat, Movie, Poker and Mahjong All in a day!! hee n we didn't play with money ultimately... as in we recorded our winnings n loses for fun!! hahah *smilez* Looking forward to more of such Fun and more gatherings with Good Food!! hee We shall go eat more buffets together next time!! First 1 n a Half Day of Work =)

Started work on Fri... on Tue when i went for interview, the bus ride took ard 35mins... hence, on the first day of work, with the uncertainty of what time does the bus reaches my house busstop n duno if there will be traffic jam... hence, i planned an 1 hr journey...=) I was TOTALLY AMAZED by my BUS!! Woohoo!! It takes the same time to reach my workplace wor as the day i went for interview... No JAM!! hee so happy!! =p

Signed my Appointment Letter and the HR person briefed me on some HR issues... Then, i was brought to my director n my supervisor n was shown around to know the colleagues in my department...=) After that, i cleaned up my desk... Around 10plus, i followed my sup to 2 different sites!! hahah I'm again amazed by myself... coz it's my first day of work mah... so of course i wore skirt n heels... n i went to site with THIS attire... hahah totally amazed by myself... luckily the sites are not those Big construction sites... they're those smaller version n around our neighbourhood de... so not so bad... hee Went for lunch after that with my sup... n backed to office after lunch...=p When i'm back, i saw this box of stationaries on my table and had to sign in this file... hee Then, i was given the stuffs i'm supposed to read... n later i realised that paper on my table with my name typed out, was for me to stick on my stationaries... hahah then, i was busy tagging all my stationaries hahah n i continued to read after finished tagging them! hee First Day really passed very fast!! hee Btw, i'm looking forward to have my email account n login for comp n my staff pass!! hee

Today, worked for half day... alt sat off...=p Continued to read what i'm supposed to read... n my sup also explained many things to me today!! Happy!! I'm learning!! Woohoo!! Great!! Btw, today i was experimenting with this card... it's a multi-usage card wor!! used for photocopying, printing, getting drink from vending machine, etc...*beamz* So cool!! hee Looking forward to work!! Looking forward to learn more n be familiar with my job!! *smilez*

After work, travelled down to chinatown there to collect the Jay Merchandise ordered during the concert... n u know what? the bus broke down half-way... -_-" had to alight from the bus n waited for the next bus... then the bus driver printed out on the ticket for everyone to take a free bus ride... so i used that to board the next bus lor... but hor... we couldn't tap our ezlink card... which means the full fee will be deducted... sianz... lazy to claim... coz the bus driver said we can copy down the bus number n go claim... so ma fan leh...*faintz* Once, i reached chinatown area, i went to look at the map outside the mrt station to locate the building... seems so wu lu hahah but okie lah... i still managed to find it n collected the blink blink tee...=p

After that, i was so lazy to walk all the way back... coz it's really a long walk... then i saw a busstop n i crossed to it to see if there's any bus i could take... there are only 2 buses... luckily one of them goes to harbourfront... so i alighted at vivocity... went to nokia store to check out how to store n transfer sms from one phone to the other... as i NEED to change my hp!! it keeps going flat on me... haiz... think my battery is failing le... n since my contract is ending next mth... i can upgrade anytime le...=) Then, i need to buy working pants too... coz i only have 2 miserable pants... Oops! think i need to wear pants more for this job... so yah... have to shop for pants... managed to buy 1 pair of black pants today... it's so difficult to buy pants leh... haiz... Btw, if nothg goes wrong, i will change my hp soon... really need to as i believe i will need to use my hp quite often when my work starts...=p

On Tue, i went for an Interview for the position of Contracts Executive... n on the spot they offered me the job!! think i was in a state of shock... so after the HR person was explaining everything to me and she went to get ready the appointment letter... just before i'm going to sign the appointment letter, i requested for a day's time for me to think through... so she said she will call me on this morning for my reply...=)

Yesterday, my whole head was spinning lah!! Was thinking through... thinking about lotsa things... Well, finally, i decided to take up this position!! Will be going to take up this new challenge ahead of me!! Tomorrow, i will be going for medical check up first, it is part of the procedure... hee Will be reporting for work on this Fri and also to sign the Appointment Letter...=)

I sincerely hope that i will be able to learn a lot n gain work experience fast... and also hope that my colleagues are very nice and i'm able to blend well into the new work environment... Hurray!! Looking forward on Embarking a New Journey ahead!! Wish me loads of luck, opportunities, determination, perserverence n endurance!! *beamz*

Finally!! Met Bijin to go shopping!! We had been postponing n postponing it for soooooo many times le!! It's either she's not free or i not free!! hahah we r 2 busy gals lah hahah =p So, finally!! We went shopping together at Far East!! n we always know that as long as we go shopping together, we sure got some 收获 home de...*beamz* I bought 2 necklaces and 1 pair of heels All for ONLY $27.70!! So happy!! *smilez* As for Bijin, she bought quite a number of things... she bought a pair of jeans, a dress, 1 necklace and a pair of heels... hee We both super enjoy shopping together!! Hurray!! She's really my best shopping kaki ah!! *winkz* n my cycling buddy too!! we long long time nv go cycling le wor!! *hint hint* =p

3rd Feb Sun

Met DuanNeng first before meeting the rest at Bishan J8 Cafe Cartel to celebrate Jieming's Birthday... We met at AMK first coz i wanted see if the top that i saw 1 wk ago is still there... Haiz... no more le... haiz... no fate with the top...=( i was thinking $29.90 leh... so i didn't buy... then now gone again! Oh well... After that, we went to bishan... walked a bit then went to Cafe Cartel to get seats and waited for the rest...=) SongKwang, Jarren, Jieming, Kelvin, Yanling, Juana, Ivy, DuanNeng n me, we had dinner there... Super full ah!! After dinner, we went around shopping as the guys wanted to look for cny clothes hahah but J8 really didn't have much clothes for them... so didn't managed to buy any... Then, around 10plus, we headed home...=)

4th Feb Mon

Went to work for The Police Concert... Was quite tired as i was walking up n down on the south balcony... hahah coz many pple came later than 8pm... n the lights went off at 8pm... so... hahah was quite busy... i believe east n west was equally bad... hahah only during the interval then i got to leave balcony... n when the show started i got to sit on the banquet chair though facing the audience... so got to get some rest... hee After the event, Belle, Irys, Yongxi, Huilin, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me took bus 16 out... and ChunKiat, Huilin n me alighted at the busstop near SMU, and Huilin took bus 166... then ChunKiat n me took 147 home... When we were reaching soon, ChunKiat wanted to eat, so we went to Macs to eat supper!! =) n we ordered student meal!! hee

Overly-High KTV!! Great Fun!! Woohoo!! =p

Yeah!! The long-awaited KTV which was arranged long time ago!! Yesterday, Catherine, Yuwei, Irys, Belle, Huilin, ChunKiat n me, we went to Kallang Leisure Park KBox to sing KTV!! Catherine helped to book the room and her friend is working there, we had the privilege to sing from 2pm to 9pm!! and we managed to get a super big room for 15 pple... though we only have 7 pple!! *winkz* First time singing KTV with Catherine, Yuwei, Irys n Belle...=) I didn'lt expect Irys and Belle will be so high!! Woohoo!! U gals rockz!! We were jumping around in the room, singing, dancing, going crazy with our screams!! hahah First time sang KTV till so tired!! hahah Had so much fun!!! Great company!!! I realised... the ushers of SIS all can sing so well!! *beamz*

After KTV, we travelled to somerset by bus 16 to meet up with Junwei and we had dinner at Swensens!! Besides having our own main course, we shared an Earthquake!! Hurray!! All of us took different night bus home... ChunKiat n me took nightrider6 home... On the bus, i coughed till got tears!! OMG!! n my voice changed!! *faintz* I need my sweeeeeeeeeet voice back!! hahaha Will be self-medicating with pi pa gao!! hee =p

Worked for Jay's concert for both Fri and Sat!!

On Fri, ChunKiat's dad drove us down to stadium... Thank you so much!! =) Before the event, we went to check out the merchandising store outside as Belle asked him to check out for her... we went over to the store to take a look and he bought a black blink blink tee and grey towel... i bought a pink towel...=)

During event, i was the premier ticket collector... so only managed to catch bits n pieces of the concert... but okie lah... got to hear!! Huilin n me were rotating till one point in time we 2 lazy to rotate... we just stayed outside n chit-chatted n i was looking at the catelog on the merchandise... was thinking if i should get the pink tee or the black blink blink tee... Dilemma!! hahah After event, ChunKiat, Candice, Huilin n me, we ate supper at the Tong Shui Cafe at Thomson...*yummy*

On Sat, took train together with ChunKiat and Kelvin n we met the rest at the douby gauht busstop!! hahah Btw the merchandising store no more stock le... so have to pre-order... so in the end Kelvin n me ordered the black blink blink tee... hahah I was at the west arena, but can't see the stage at all!! coz the patrons were standing throughout... haiz... so i only got to see the side screen... better than nothing though hahah After event, ChunKiat, Kelvin, Huilin, Candice, Huifen, Shawn, Wendy Ng n me, we went supper at The Roti Prata House at Thomson... After supper, Shawn, Wendy Ng, ChunKiat n me shared cab home...=)

On Sun, worked for NBL match... After work, Candice, Huilin n me, we went for dinner at Thai Express at Plaza Singapura... n we shared the mango glutinious rice dessert!! That is heaven!! My fav dessert over at Thai Express!! *yummy*

*Super enjoyed my weekend!! So sad that feb don't have events on wkends!! oh well... Will miss those supper trips!! hee Take care till we meet again!! =p Btw, this sat supposed to go KTV gathering with some ushers, but now i'm having sorethroat!! how to sing this sat... haiz... quick heal!! bahz*

On sat, worked for Fei Yu Qing's Concert...=) He sang many songs from other singers and about 75% of the songs i knew de... hahah After work, ChunKiat, Kelvin, Huifen, Candice, Huilin n me, we went for supper at the 老地方 The Roti Prata House at Thomson... i had 1 plaster, 1 cheese prata n milo peng, also shared red mee goreng with candice n huilin... During supper, we discussed about a steamboat outing at Huifen's house during the period of CNY!! Looking forward to it!! *yummy* After supper, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me shared cab home...=)

On sun, worked for NBL match... After work, went for dinner at PS foodcourt with Alex, Candice n Huilin... after dinner, as we were walking towards to the busstop to take bus home, we thought of eating dessert and we went to selegie there to eat 豆花 and chit-chatted... then after finished eating, we moved over to the mac there and continued to chit-chat!! hahah we took bus home from the the bus stop at peace centre...=)

*Btw, so happy!! just now evening the event list is out!! n i got to work for both days for Jay's concert!! Hurray!! My clique also got both days!! Hurray!! Looking forward to this Fri and Sat!! =p*

Today, i had so much fun!! Super long time never had so much fun le!! Feel like going back to childhood days... hee

I was still slping... then suddenly heard my rm phone keep ringing... then i saw my hp got missed call from candice... n it rang!! so i picked it up while i'm still 半梦半醒... Candice was so excited!! she was telling me to quick wake up!! ChunKiat asked us to go his house to play mahjong n play wii!! I was like huh? whats happening?? then she explained to me what happened... they were online n ck was saying dun want to slp his day away... then candice was telling him, i asked cand to go ktv de... but cand dun haf much voice to sing so we nv go... then chunkiat said y not we go over to his house to play mahjong n wii!! =p

Hence, we met at serangoon central kopitiam to eat lunch... then go over to his house...=) One of the first thg we did was to visit the so called "legendary bathrm"!! hahah Then, ChunKiat taught us to play mahjong!! hahah It's my first time playing mahjong with the tiles!! i nv play b4 lor... so sua ku!! hahah both candice n me were like so stressed!! n the farnie thg is got one time i game with xiao san yuan without knowing it!! hahah so farnie... when i hu... Chunkiat was like wah! n he explained to us about da san yuan n xiao san yuan... hee we played with invisible money!! so farnie!! Had so much fun today!! Now, i roughly can understand y pple like playing mahjong!! actually it's quite fun de!! hee =p

We played WII too!! It's very fun!! We started off with tennis... ChunKiat is the Tennis King!! Candice is the Bowling Queen lor!! she can spare n strike so many times!! hahah i oso had a strike too wor!! hahah then i'm the Boxing Queen... so farnie!! ChunKiat KO!! hahah boxing is so tiring!! later we played running, swimming, shooting, throwing... we were so so tired after playing all these!! seems like we went to a GYM!! hahaha but seriously... i super enjoyed myself today!! very long time nv had so much fun le!! esp playing with TV game... the last time i was playing TV game was like in pri sch... feel like going back to childhood times... Thanks ChunKiat for inviting us over... Had so much fun today!! hee

Worked for Jacky's Concert on both Sat and Sun... Love his concert so much!! Till now, i still find that his concert is the BEST!! hee On sat, i was north ticket collector... was really busy!! esp when the crowd came much later due to rain... both jessica n me were like tearing tix non-stop!! hahah During the show, i got to rotate with Nicuz... n he's nice to let me watch most of it at the north terrace as he dun understand cantonese... so i only missed bits n pieces while busy guiding pple as i was at the north terrace n also i missed the BEST part - the musical!! hahah luckily i still got sun!! hee I got to watch the musical part on sun!! yeah!! love it!! i was at the west side...*beamz*

On sat, Alex drove us - Xavier, Jessica, Yongxi, Peiting, Carol n me to Serangoon Central and dropped us there as he's going to Bishan... so we got a lift!! Thanks!! Lucky for me, jessica n xavier as we are the nearest to home le... I waited with Peiting for her bus 147 to go home then i walked home...=)

On sun, Candice, Huilin, Sara, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me, we went to eat supper at the Kopitiam near SMU as it's along the way when we took bus 16 out... After supper, Sara, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me shared cab home...=)

On New Year's Eve, supposed to watch "National Treasure" with SongKwang and Jarren at AMK Hub before travelling down to Kovan Xing Wang Cafe to meet up with the rest for countdown... In the end, SongKwang couldn't make it in time for the movie so left with Jarren n me... Something so classic happened!! hahah The whole story is like this....

The movie is at 5.45pm de... so i was trying to book tickets online in case we cannot get any good seats... However, the system was down n couldn't take any online or phone bookings... so the only way is to go down a bit earlier to buy tix... so we arranged to meet at 5.15pm at the cinema... Then, i reached the cinema on time so i went to queue to buy tix... n i gave sk a call to see if he's able to make it... he was still held up with his work so i only need to buy 2 tix... Then, i waited over at the cinema for Jarren to appear... Around 5.40pm, he called n said he reached le.... but cannot find me... hahah he went to the wrong building!! he went to Jubilee lah... hahah so farnie....then he had to walk over to amk hub... Nvm... this is not the BEST part yet... then ard 5.45pm near 5.50pm, he finally reached amk hub cathay... n we went into the cinema... think coz we know cathay usually it's quite punctual in showing the movie so we walked very fast n looked out for the word "National Treasure" n tada!! we saw n we went in!! We opened the door n saw the movie was oreadi started then we quickly moved over to our seats... looking for D15 n D16... n to our shock someone sat on our seats!! so weird!! then i almost wanted to ask the person but so happened we saw there were 2 seats in front which were empty... so we happily sat down n wacthed!! After 20mins or so... the movie ended!!! Lights went on!! We were like huh????? what happened?? the movie is supposed to be a 2 hr plus movie lor!!! what happened??? Then, i was seraching frantically for the tix... n couldn't find them... but i know is cinema hall 4, 5.45pm show ah!! Everyone else were leaving the cinema hall lor!! n think we exclaimed our shock quite loudly... someone overheard us... n he told us we went to the wrong hall!! hall 4 is outside go straight at the end!! he said he knows as he was a personnel working over there!! All thanks to him we got to move out of here n went into cinema hall 4... if not we could have wasted our tix!! esp i couldn't find the tix lor!! faintz!! so classic lor... we watched the ending of national treasure le!! n we missed the first half an hour of the movie!! hahah couldn't believe we could be that blur!! First time i went into the wrong hall to watch a movie!! n so heng!! got Gui Ren Xiang Zhu lor!! if not jialat lah!! Was so shocked n i didn't ask for the guy's name!! Really want to thank him!! Thank you so much for your help!! So classic ah... hahah then after the movie we went to eat subway for dinner before travelling down to Kovan to meet up with the rest... Another classic thg happened!! Jarren couldn't find his car!! We went rounds for about 15mins!! hahah Yeah!! I can officially recruit you into my Club!! you can choose to be a honarary member or secretary or treasurer!! I know you are trying very hard to not get recruited!! hahah Told the rest of the pple - Yanling, Ivy, SongKwang, Kelvin, Juana n Roland at Kovan there... Seriously it's so classic lah... n super heng oso in the end!! hahah What an incident on the last day of 2007!! hahaha

After eating at Kovan Xin Wang Cafe, we went over to Yanling's house... She had shifted house... First time going to her new house... n we countdowned there!! Played Cluedo with Roland, Jarren n Ivy... the others were chitchatting away... I reached home at around 3am... Thanks Jarren for sending us home...=) Also, Thank you Juana for the Xmas Card n gift and Yanz for the Chocolate from Germany!! =p

Btw Happy New Year to all my friends out there!! Hope all of us will have a Fulfilling and Better 2008 Ahead!! *beamz*

Christmas!!

Went out with Candice!! We went to Fareast to shop... then we went over to Cathay Cineleisure to watch "I am Legend"... Then, we went over to lucky plaza to buy the memory card for candice's digital camera... then we headed to Paragon to eat at Soup Restaurant!! It was my first time eating there!! hee Thanks Candice for introducing!! =) After dinner, we took some photos with her new memory card... hahah Enjoyed my Christmas with you gal!! *hugz*

29th Dec Sat

Worked for Liang Jing Ru's Concert!! Love her concert very much!!! I had waited for it to come for sooooooo long!! hee I got a free calendar at the booth when the booth was packing up!! So happy!! Feeling so lucky!! Btw a number of ushers who didn't notice her before the concert, are now liking her voice n songs!! Great!! Please support her!! Yeah!! more fans supporting her!! Hurray!! *beamz* n now i'm like the song supplier to some ushers!! hahah i have almost all her songs in my comp... copied from the albums i bought... hee Jiayou Jing Ru!! I will continue to support you de!! n hope more n more pple will support you n buy ur albums!! Super enjoyed your concert!! =) Super Romantic!! Love the many settings during the concert!! Feeling so in LOVE!! hahah

After work, Candice, Huifen, Huilin, Sara, Kelvin, Chun Kiat n me, we went to a HK cafe along Thomson there to eat supper!! Nice!! The ambience there not bad... very comfy n cozy... n the food isn't expensive!! hee Btw, i met SongKwang, Jarren n Kelvin there also!! So qiao!! hahah they were there for supper too!! Sara, Kelvin, Chun Kiat n me shared cab home!! =) To ChunKiat, drink more water and rest well wor!! If still not well... Must go see doc le!! U really look super sick ah!! *sayang*

30th Dec Sun

Had a Steamboat Lunch with my JC Classmates - JennChiang, Yanru, Timothy, BengWeng, Yongwei, Yanli, Shineng, Mr Tieu, DuanNeng at Bugis! After that, i went to work at Maria Sharapova Live!! =p Enjoyed the Match!! I didn't know much about tennis before that... now i have a better understanding in the scoring system!! hahah After work, Abel gave us - Candice, Huifen, Huilin, Kelvin, Chun Kiat n me a lift home... Thanks Abel!! *smilez*

Later, i will be meeting SongKwang and Jarren for movie - National Treasure before heading to Kovan HK Cafe to eat n countdown!! =)

Ended my Journey as an Engineer

Finally, I have decided to tender my resignation letter today... I have been thinking a lot ever since i had worked for around 2 mths till now which is around 5mths... Was wondering what i really want in life... what i really want for my career... n till now i still haven got a concrete answer... Oh well... Finally, i have made up my mind to end this journey while i'm still on probation... Hence, 1 day's notice is sufficient... and due to having 1 day of leave left... it was used to offset mon... so offically i ended my journey on 31st Dec but today will be my last day! =p Will continue to search for what i really want n suitable for me... Wish me loads of luck in my job search!! Finding my Direction in life is going to be my New Year Resolution!! *beamz* Btw Thank you all my colleagues who had helped me one way or other during my stay there...*hugz*

SIS GCOs Annual Gathering!! beamz

Yesterday Night, it was our SIS GCOs Annual Gathering organised by Indoor Stadium for all the ushers and security...=) It was held at Cineleisure Cathay for a movie screening at level 4 coca cola hall and a buffet dinner at the preview lounge at level 6... Btw, we need to collect tix at 615pm onwards... n we arranged to meet early to collect tix tog so that we can all sit tog... In the end, Huilin, Candice n Huifen were late... hahah so ChunKiat n me came tog to cine n waited for candice n huifen so that we can collect for Huilin, Abel n Alex... so we took 7 seats in a row from C09 to C15... starting with Alex, Abel, ChunKiat, Me, Huilin, Huifen n Candice...=) The movie we watched was Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium... The scene i like best is the one with all the glowing stars around the whole room... Is so beautiful!! hee

After the movie, we went up to level 6 for the buffet dinner... We managed to get a table for us... though with no seats hahah then we took the drink served in a glass... Cool! Then, ChunKiat n me went to queue for dinner le... We took every dish... n we found the chicken is very nice!! One of the first food to run out... hahah Luckily we went to take food early, think those who went to queue later - Candice, Huifen n Huilin, didn't get to try the chicken ba... After dinner, there was lucky draw... then time to just mingle around... n we took lotsa photos... Thanks Huilin for bringing her camera... Looking forward for her to upload the photos... hee After the whole gathering, some of the ushers wanted to go sing KTV... however, Felix, Candice, Huilin, ChunKiat n me decided not to join the rest to sing as it was very expensive to sing at that time plus with so many of us about 15 of us... Then, we were discussing where to go... from eliminating supper, bowl, pool... then we left with club!! N we went clubbing at Zouk!! It was so unexpected!! hahah Well, it's my first time to Zouk!! Feel so sua ku!! hahah We took very long to decide to go club, as Huilin n I dun club de... we only went to bashes before... While walking to the busstop to take bus down to Zouk, ChunKiat was asking me if I'm really okie... I'm fine with any activities de... just that a bit scared only... hahah but luckily got u guyz... so it's okie de... The company rocks!! We had fun in the end.... though the music is NOT doing us a favour!! hahah I prefer retro n pop ba!! hee Around 2am, we left n we ate supper there... then we shared cab home...*smilez*

Council Annual Christmas Dinner!! smilez

On Sat, we had our Council Annual Christmas Dinner...*smilez* This is the 7th year running... hope that this will continue...=) Before the dinner, Jieming, Kelvin, Jarren, Ivy, Yanling n me went to sing KTV at chinatown partyworld...*beamz* It has been a long time sicne we sang KTV together le... Enjoyed myself though it was quite short a session hahah coz we were meeting at 6pm for dinner at Bugis... Ate at Blue Jazz at Bali Lane... In total, there are 14 of us - SongKwang, Jarren, Jieming, Kelvin, Doh, Dong, Marvin, Yanling, Juana, Ivy, Alice, Serene, DuanNeng n me *smilez* After the dinner, we had Gift Exchange as usual, n Yanling got the present i bought again!! hee Last year, she got the chocolate fondue set i bought hahah This year, I bought a $35 Dollars GV Movie Card...=p I got Jarren's Gift, it's a multi-purpose pouch...=) After that, we went over to Bugis Junction Swensens to eat dessert!! hee Great!! Love desserts!! hahah We shared a few desserts such as chocolate fondue, earthquakes and apple crumbles...*yummy*

On Sun, worked for event Nutcracker... Nice!! Though i do not know how to ice-skate, i do enjoy watching them ice-skate!! Very cool!! =p At the end of the show, there are additional performance put up by some organisation n the 3 kids really skate super well for their young age!! I'm impressed!! hee It was quite a short event, ended work at around 5 plus in the evening... a number of us waited very long for the bus 16 to come... then we - felix, kelly, wendy ng n me got a lift from boon teck to cityhall mrt station... It was kinda rare for me to end up at cityhall, hence, i decided to go raffles city to queue for donut factory to try the donuts!! *yummy* Anyway, i was like duno the way to the shop, so once i reached basement level, i asked pple!! hee When i reached there, i thought that was the queue... a very short one... later then i realised the queue was broken into half... have to queue from the other side hahah so malu... scarli pple thought i want to cut queue!! hahah the fact is i nv buy b4...then oso didn't see the queue is like that de... hahah luckily the donut person told me the queue was there... hahah

Btw, once i got the donuts, i quickly rushed home to watch Star Awards!! Wanted to catch XiaoZhu on TV!! *beamz* Btw, on fri, he was at J8 to sign albums... i ended work at 9pm on fri... n Bijin called me to meet up with her... so i didn't go down to J8... plus i was thinking i ended work so late... he would have signed finished n went off le... BUT on sun!! i came to know that he signed till 1130pm!! he only left J8 when there were no more fans there le... He's so sweet!! Should have gone down ah!! Usually other singers would not have done that!! Oh well... nvm... in the end I met up with Bijin at Marina Square after ot-ing n i reached there around 930pm plus... Hence, in the end, we only shopped Tinkerbell n we bought 2 pairs of shoes each... n cost us $18.95 for each pair!! Yeah!! Quite a good deal!! *winkz*

Btw, the donuts are very nice!! Especially the Double Chocolate and the Mocha de... Very Nice wor!! but very heaty ah!! Jialat!! Think i'm like falling sick soon... Think got a little cold n flu... Must not fall sick ah!!! So sianz...=( Seems like everyone is falling sick everywhere... Haiz...

Yeah!! =p The piece i wanted to hear appeared to be his last song before the encore!! *beamz* That day was so super de cold lor!! *shiverish* Most of the ushers were so cold lor... ChunKiat still say no... Kelvin oso... After the concert, most of us went for supper at selegie there... 豆浆油条... but too bad, dun haf hot de le... i prefer warm de than cold de... On Sat, it's the first time i went back to office to work... worked from 11am to 5pm... then rushed down to SIS le... Lavender night... Yeah! instrumental concert!! this one is chinese orchestra group!! =p After the concert, Candice, Huilin, Huifen, Alex, Kelvin, ChunKiat n me went to Old Changi Road there to eat... Thanks Alex for driving us home...=)

On Sun, it's our Long-Awaited KTV session!! Hurray!! Alex, Huilin, Candice, ChunKiat n me sang lotsa lotsa songs!! hahah Sang from 7pm to 2am... n it's still not enough!! hahah Hope to have more KTV sessions in the future!! *winkz*

Had an eventful weekend!! *winkz* Worked for Show on Stage!! =) I'm very impressed by 小猪!! I didn't notice him that much before the concert... though i know many girls like him... i'm quite neutral... though i do find him entertaining when he's hosting the 娱乐百份百...=p His concert is very nice!! Fantastic!! I'm impressed by him!! I'm also mesmerised by him!! He has captured my heart!! *winkz* I like his "live" singing... esp slow songs... all sang with so much feelings... totally touched my heart deeply!! He sang so well that i really think he sang better in the concert than the mp3s!! hahah Got a copy of his poster!! yeah!! Luckily there's enough to go around for us... Btw i really find him very 帅 that night!! i thought he was very normal only... hahah anyway i'm not the only one who finds him 帅 that night... hee *didn't find it so before =p*

Btw, Rainie sang 2 songs... when she was singing 缺氧, i was like "i want to sing KTV!!!" hahah =p After the concert, the busstop was so full of people... so we walked back 1 busstop to wait... while we were waiting... kheng seng drove past his lorry and in the end gave Pamela, Kee Siu, Huilin, Candice, ChunKiat n me a ride out to another busstop to take bus... Then, we took bus to somerset and ate supper at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe at Cineleisure... Patsy and David were also there... During supper, we were discussing about KTV session!! Yeah!! Gonna sing KTV this sun night!! Hurray!! *beamz* After supper, Huilin, Candice, ChunKiat n me shared cab home...*smilez*

On sun, there are 2 events going on at SIS... NBL and an outdoor concert... hee I got to work for both!! So cool!! hee when we went over to the outdoor event after NBL, 黄义达 sang finished le... so i only get to watch 李吉汉 n 王力宏...=) First time working for outdoor event at SIS!! hee After the concert, 王力宏 walked to the VIP reception... n we got to see him within 5m ba... hahah oh well... he's friendly and waved at us n said good night... hahah think those ushers who like him de no need to slp le ba... hahah After the whole event, there's still food left so we ate some before we left... Took train back with Shawn and ChunKiat...*smilez*

Worked for Linkin Park's Concert on Tue... Rushed down to SIS after work... Luckily i put reporting time at 7pm lor... i waited for the bus 16 for half an hr!!! Faintz!! -_-" The concert was not bad... i like their slower songs... hahah Think i heard 4 or 5 songs before... though i do not know the title hahah well... the only song that i know how to sing is "In The End"!! It was sang during their encore...=p It ended late... luckily one of the usher drove... Alex drove Raymond, ChunKiat, Candice, Huilin n me out for supper n sent us home too... Thanks! Today, worked for NBL match... ChunKiat n me had to report earlier as we were stationed at south foyer as there was an event reception over there... due to this event, there was this balloon man who goes around twisting balloons for the kids!! n i was hesitating about whether to ask n later i saw some organiser personnel had the flower balloon on the wrist... hence, when the balloon man was not busy making ballons for the kids, i approached him to make one for me!! hee Yeah!! Got a balloon flower on my wrist!! hee so happy!! =p The Balloon Flower made my day!! hahah All of us got to eat some food from the reception after the event... hence, we did not go out to eat after work...

Btw, on Thurs, we worked for Ah-Mei Concert!! Her concert was very good!! Well... that day i was very tired... i stood through out at the terrace level... those who got to do plan a were very lucky!! hee can see her at eye level!! 好羡慕啊!! hee but okie lah... i was happy to help out this lady with crutches... that's why i was on terrace level through out the show...=)

On Fri, i took leave to enjoy the long wkend due to Deepavali on thurs... Finally, i got time to go shopping!! Went to Kinokuniya n bought my Monokuro Boo Organiser for Year 2008...*smilez* Bought a pair of earrings, a belt, a top n a small monokuro boo figurine which reacts to sound!! hahah In the end, i couldn't find any shoes which i'm supposed to buy coz 2 pairs of my shoes were spoilt last wk... haiz... it is always so difficult to shop for shoes de... coz it must satisfies these criteria: Comfortable, Nice, Easy to Match n Cheap...=) Hopefully this coming wkend i will be able to find...*prayz*

On mon, went KTV with my colleagues for the first time... hee... So fun!! We sang for 4 hrs... from 7pm to 11pm...=) I sang many songs... hee Btw, when i was singing 蔡依林-马德里不思议, my colleagues were saying that "好像杨丞琳在唱蔡依林的歌!!" hahah i was so shocked then hahah but i'm also happy!! hee *winkz* Love to sing KTV!! =p btw, thanks mr yow for treating us...=)

Today, was working for NBL match... After work, ChunKiat, Candice n me, we walked to Leisure Park to see if there's any food to eat for dinner... The whole shopping centre was still very empty hahah only got Pastamania... hahah then Alex called Candice, n he drove us out to selegie there to eat dinner... Had chicken rice, vegetable, beancurd, salad you tiao n barley... after that, we walked over to the 豆花 store for dessert hahah i was super full after that... Happy meal!! *beamz* Alex drove us to boon keng n we took bus 147 back... Then, we waited for Candice to board the bus 315... As ChunKiat n me were walking, suddenly the rain poured heavily!! -_-" n we splited ways n i ran towards my blk... partly drenched... so poor thg... he will be totally drenched le!! Yesterday, was working for Singapore Hit Awards 07... the event ended at 12 midnight... was very long n i stood till very tired hahah coz stood through out the whole show... Btw for the first time i find 张韶涵 pretty!! she really look different from what i see on tv... she looks very pretty in person...=) and her live singing is good too... besides yanzi...*smilez* Love her song <<我怀念的>> live...*beamz* and my dear fren ChunKiat was so happy to infinity to see n hear yanzi sing the song to him 3 times!! hahah All of us KNOW u LOVE yanzi!! =p Btw Candice was oso a happy gal... heheh *winkz* she saw her Wu Zun and Cai Min Yo!! hahah

After the event, ChunKiat, Kelvin, Candice, Huilin, Huifen, Yongxi, Jessica n me, we walked from SIS to eat 田鸡粥 at duno what place... hahah near Kallang Geylang... not sure where hahah the guys led the way... n the seniors oso went there to eat too... So in total we had 3 tables... hahah All of us were like so hungry le!! We ordered beancurd n oso additional pots of porridge... *yummy* Love supper lots!!! *beamz* After supper, Jessica, ChunKiat n me shared cab home...=)

Today, after the NBL match, En En drove Huilin, ChunKiat n me out for dinner... Her purple 乌龟车 is so cool!! First time sit 乌龟车!! hee Btw ChunKiat suggested to eat the Wan Ton Mee at Sunshine Plaza... so qiao!! i ate there before during my IA... missed the chestnut drink... it's so nice!! *yummy* Feel so 幸福 after the dinner... so full!! =p After dinner, we took bus 147 home...=)

Had a great and busy wkend... hee *winkz*

On saturday, Went to sing KTV with ChunKiat, Candice and Huilin... All of us have not sang KTV for a long time... and this is the first time we all go sing KTV together... heheh We had great fun!! All of us can sing very well wor!! hee =p Tried many new songs... nv sing b4 de... hahah so cool!! *beamz* After that, we went to work at SIS... it's a super long event ah... super tired... hahah i talked till almost no voice... with all the "hi, good afternoon, enjoy the show, sir are you coming back, have to give you a re-entry stamp, etc..." simply talked a lot at work yesterday hahah we palmed out at 1145pm yesterday... Then, besides us, with kelvin and huifen, we took bus 16 out to town n we went to eat 豆浆油条 at selegie there... shared cab home together with ChunKiat, Kelvin n Candice...=)

As for today, only Huilin n me worked for NBL... after the event, Huilin n me went to have dinner at Plaza Singapura... Ate Long John Silver and Chit-chatted till 10pm!! hee Luckily today still got huilin with me... to 相依为命!! hahah =p

Realised i have not been updating my blog for so long... hahah oh well... was kinda busy with work... adjusting to working life... etc...=p So far, working as a design engineer has been quite alright... i'm still in the midst of learning... there's always new things to learn everyday, as all of the various design reports and drawings are new to me... as i'm in a totally different field from what i had studied... though this field is still under the school of civil engineering but i didn't get to learn much about offshore engineering for my bachelor degree... It will be a masters then...*grinz* Many of my colleagues are thinking of taking masters... even some are taking it now... hahah so i'm like sort of "inspired" too... oh well... see how everythg goes... coz for me i need to gain enough work experiences first before taking it ba... by then i would also have the money to tk masters too... coz right now i will be busy paying back for my bachelor...*sighz* Finished paying for my bachelor first ba... then see how...=p

As for the events at SIS, i had worked for World Wrestling Entertainment Smackdown, 75years Tamil event (Talkshow), Tsai Qin's Concert, Aaron Kwok's Concert and Tong An Ge & Zhou Zhi Ping's Concert since my last update here on blog... heheh Upcoming events for this mth that i will be working will be 7th National Wushu Display and Extra Excellence Convention...=) Fully enjoyed working there... though i couldn't sign up for events on wkdays ever since i got a job after graduation in mid July... i will continue to work for the wkend events like the above...*beamz*

As for entertainment, i had been to KBox to sing KTV, watched 2 movies, namely "Secret" with DuanNeng and "Ratatouille" with Wanchew!! Thanks so much gal for the free tix to "Ratatouille"!! Both movies are very nice!! *beamz* Din really go shopping... hardly have the time to go shopping for one full day!! hahah So, i'm like quite deprived of shopping recently... oh well... hahah Btw, there's this new tea shop opened at Plaza Singapura... and the teapots there are very nice but expensive hahah that time i only bought a teacup for usage in office and also chinese tea - 铁观音 and rose bud tea for myself and green tea for my mum!! n that amounts to 100 bucks!! faintz!! oh well, now i'm member for 2 yrs, so next time can get discount le... hee

时间啊, 时间。。。在这短短的一个月里, 有许许多多数不尽的事情,出现在我的生命里。。。以前的我, 并没有发现时间是如此的珍贵, 也不觉得每一分每一秒是如此的难能可贵。。。不过现在的我, 终于对"时间" 有了不一样的感觉。。。虽然我不以定可以完全的珍惜我手里所有的时间, 但是我会开始努力的掌握及善于运用我的时间, 让我这忙碌的生活增添色彩, 活的更充实, 更有意义! 我将会仔细的规划一番。。。=p 但愿一切能够顺顺利利地进行, 如我所愿。。。=)

It was raining in the morning n afternoon, so i did not reached sch earlier to take photos around campus... Think got to pick some other day to do so le... Yesterday, went to sing KTV at Suntec with Yanling, Jieming, SongKwang, Jarren, Wilfred, Ivy, etc... After KTV, we went off to marina square there to catch fireworks!! First time looking at fireworks LIVE!! They are just in front of me only!! hahah cool!! Very Beautiful indeed!! =p

Btw so far i have started work for 1 wk le... hmm... Had a "techincal" shock ba... hahah Totally never learn before de... Offshore structures... Will see how it goes... See if i'm able to manage it while i'm on my 3mths probation... Wish me loads of wisdom, perserverence, determination and luck!! hee =p

Finally, I got a Job Offer after the interview on Fri!! Hurray!! The Boss gave me the handbook for locally hired employees to go back to read and on Mon, will be the signing of the Appointment Letter!! I'm becoming a Design Engineer!! *grinz* I will be embarking on a new journey real soon...=)

After being so happy and excited, I rushed home to get ready to go down to SIS in the late afternoon...=p As usual, i always enjoy working there at SIS... the people there are so fun-loving!! and the work itself is also enjoyable... and at the same time got the privilege to watch the concert too!! *beamz* Jacky's Concert is very good!!! Fantastic!!! It's really those value for money kinda concert... Love to hear him sing Live!!! No words can describe how good he is... Just really Thumbs Up!! =p On Fri, i managed to watch the whole concert...*beamz* As for Sat, i was allocated to be usher... However, quite a lot of the fellow gcos at my area has not watched before, so since the ticket collector side need help... I went to become the ticket collector... Well, i still get to watch most of the parts except the musical... Coz we rotated to station at the door there... hee Though musical is one of the parts i really love... hahah At least i watched it once le... so it's good enough le...=)

Tml sun, i shall take a good rest and read up the handbook... and prepare to embark on this new journey...*smilez*

Today - 12th July 2007 is the day to collect my Degree Certificate, Transcripts, Invitation Cards and Graduation Gown!! *beamz* So happy!! Finally!! hee Went back to NTU to collect all these and also to buy the Graduation Bear too!! heheh Will be collecting the Bear's Gown on the Convocation Day as i wanted my name to be printed on the Bear's Gown...=p Looking forward to convocation...*smilez* Btw as i was ordering the bear, my hp rang and i was called for an interview on fri morning...=)

After that, i left ntu and took train to boon keng for my friend to pick me up, as we are going to try out the food at this restaurant - Tao's Restaurant at Paradiz Centre... It serves 7 Course Set Meal!! All the dishes are very nice!!!! It's a must try Restaurant!!!! The food is great and the customer service is also great!! 6th July Fri

Went to cut my hair at QB house at J8... just want to get rid of my super long hair... think near to 5 mths nv cut my hair le... then also no money to perm my hair now... so might as well just cut it shorter first... So now, i dun have to think about when to perm my hair le... coz nw, it's too short to perm it anyway... n it's really too short n super layered... Hmm, hopefully by my Convocation, i will look better... waiting for my hair to grow longer... only have 3 wks to grow... hmm... it's really kinda short so look a bit weird lah... hahah

After the haircut, i met up with Yanling, Songkwang, Jieming, Kelvin and Elaine for dinner at Ajisen...=) First time eating over there... so i ordered a set meal to try the prawn n fish n chicken... i like the fish best!! Very nice!! =p Btw, i also bought a victorian style of bag at $15/- *beamz*

7th July Sat

Was working at Singapore Indoor Stadium for Soka 4oth Anniversary event... and it ended later than expected, so we palmed out at 11pm... Then, i was so hungry near to brain dead le hahah coz nv had dinner... so wanted to eat heavy supper... So thanks to Shineng... Thank you my friend for introducing the supper place... i duno the name... but the food there is very nice!! *yummy* the herbal bak kut teh, the thai chicken n that pork dish super nice!! =)

As for sun, orginally i planned to go cycling with Bijin at ECP de... but due to the rain, we did not go in the end...=( Will be postponing to another day... Btw I'm looking forward to this fri n sat!! I will be working at SIS for Jacky Cheung's Concert!! Yeah!! So happy!! Also, i'm looking forward to this thurs... will be going back to NTU to collect my degree, transcripts, Convo invitation cards and my Convocation Gown!! hee N to order my Convocation Bear!! hahah *smilez*

Had a super heavy dinner just now with Jieming, Dong, Yanling n me at Ang Mo Kio Melben Seafood!! It is my first time eating there...=p We ordered like 6 dishes and we finished up everything!! hahah think we really can eat ah hahah The whole meal costs us $26/- each... which is actually quite cheap... coz we had chilli crab, crab bee hoon, cereal prawn, kang kong, fried tofu and fried man tou... Super yummy!! hahah

Juana and SongKwang joined us much later... and we went to this new cafe opened at amk Hub... to eat some desserts and chit-chatted as usual... Today's meal is so so sinful but it's okie hahah *smilez*

This sat, i will be working at SIS for the Soka event... and Sun shld be going to cycle... Yeah!! hee As for job, i'm waiting for good news tml from my fren, see if can work as temp in a civil consultancy firm... well, work for a temp job which is somewhat related to civil first ba... since i'm like lack of luck n chance n opportunity ba... haiz... I was working for the Christina Aguilera's concert!! The concert is cool!! =p Really feel very lucky to be able to work there... Think it has been near to 3 mths without shopping le... So deprived of shopping!! hahah So happy!! Finally, i go shopping le!! *beamz* Met up with Bijin to go shopping!! Everytime we go shopping, we will sure get good deals de!! So cool!! hahah I bought a top at $23.40 after 40% discount at Bugis Junction...=p Bijin got herself a dress from another shop at bugis junction too...=) After dinner, we went over to Bugis Village to shop... She bought many stuffs from there hahah and our last station was this bag shop... I saw this bag very very nice... suitable to use for working... to match formal wear, skirts, blah blah... n it looks expensive but only costs $18/-!! and this shop is having a promotion... buy 2 bags can get a particular bag which originally costs $30/- at $9.90!! n this bag is also very nice too!! *grinz* In the end, Bijin also like one of the bag over there so we bought 2 bags from that shop n i bought that $9.90 bag!! Yeah!! Thank you so much Bijin for buying me the bag as birthday present...=) I will be using it for work!! Hurray!! Faster get a job!! I want to use the Bag!! whahaha =p So happy today!! I bring home with a nice top and 2 bags!! Thanks so much gal for the gift!! *beamz*

Btw i have not been blogging for quite some time le... shall update a little...=p Well, i completed my 1 mth temp promotor assignment on 10 June... So, i have been resting and enjoying my hols from 11 June onwards while waiting for my perm job to come... Went to sing KTV on 11th n 14th... Fell sick on ard 15th 16th... So was resting at home till 21st and 22nd i went down to suntec to take a look at the MapleStory 2nd Birthday Anniversary event...=p

Hopefully, i will get my perm job soon... I'm praying very hard to get good news this coming week... Praying really very hard...*prayz* Btw this coming fri and sat, i will be working for the Singapore Youth Festival and Christina Aguilera's concert... Looking forward to it...*grinz*

No words can describe how i feel... it's a whole lot of different emotions that i have... I'm really super happy, touched, blessed, fortunate... Finally, i have graduated!!! Looking forward to my convocation on 27th July 2007!! =p Really feeling super happy esp after so long... finally i made it!! I will remember 8th June!! I shld really treasure n feel blessed n be contented!! Knew a number of frens who had to stay behind due to 1 module... it's so scary!!! Really super scary!!! I know they must be very sad... n yet i can't do anything to help!!! Hope they will be fine soon... Will pray for them for their appeals...*prayz*

Btw today, i was working at singapore indoor stadium for the event Anugerah Planet Muzik 2007 - it's a malay music award show... live telecast over at malaysia and indonesia... It's very nice though i dun understand malay... i enjoyed the music... the female singer from malaysia - Siti Nurhaliza is very pretty hee n sings very well... like one of her song le... hahah see if i can get hold of it hahah the indonesian female singer also very sweet heheh n sings well too!! =p I really super enjoy my work over at SIS... get to know many pple, get to practise customer service, get to enjoy the show, really feel so blessed!!! *beamz*

Continued to work for the promotor job on 1st june... I was at CK Tangs... it is the first day promotion for a new men's fragrance - Unforgivable by Sean John... For once, i find that a men's fragrance is nice... it's masculine n sexy yet not too strong... Usually, i find that men's fragrances are very strong n unpleasant... Personally, i find that this is good... besides Calvin Klein's...=p On 2nd, i was at Vivo Tangs for the same promotion...=)

Today, i was working at Singapore Indoor Stadium for the event Police Day Parade 2007...*beamz* But kinda sad as i didn't managed to watch most of the parade as i was at this east entrance n rotated to be the tix collector... hence, i was there behind the curtains to stand by if people are going out of the premise then i have to "chop" them...Only until the later part, i managed to watch part of the performances and the ending...=p Btw some of us ushers got to get the goodie bag... So happy!! the item i like most is the star-shaped 荧光棒!! Yeah!! So happy to have one!! *grinz*

I realised that i have been out everyday since 10th may... So tiring... had been working... or had something impt to attend to... blah blah... Done with my work at Taka for 6 days... n submitted my payroll to agency on 25th... Waiting for my pay hee *grinz* Met up with Michelle to pass her my notes... Hope it helps gal!! =) Worked at Vivo Tangs for 2 days over the wkend... and today, i travelled to school for the Campus Interviews... Generally, i feel that it is like a career fair oso... coz the interviews will be quite short... n they will go back and look through the applications before they will shortlist pple for 2nd round of interview... So have to wait ba... Hope for the Best!! *smilez*

Had my off day on 19th because i will be working at the grasshopper's concert!! =) I was working as a west usher... initially i'm at the balcony area then shifted to terrace level to help out... then half way through the show, my senior shifted me down to the arena... so i got to rest my legs while guarding the gate there...=p Also, i got to watch the concert too!! It was really good!!! So far the 2 concerts i worked for, sang many cantonese songs... luckily i'm good in cantonese... hahah All thanks to all the hk serials hee *grinz* So, i can understand what is going on as they spoke in cantonese most of the time as well...=p

Btw after working for 3 events, i really super enjoy working there...=) Made many friends over there, be it during the training day, during work at the 3 events, or just in the gco rm... Great to know you pple!! *smilez* Hope i will get to work most of the time n see you all more often hee =p Met a new friend, also a final yr student in ntu... Saw my NY Council Senior also...=) Just now, the show ended real late at 1130pm, went for supper at bedok with some of them... Got to know more senior gcos...=p Thanks for the lift home too... hee

Blogspot was down for very long and i couldn't post anything in here... =( Could only load the previous n this post now... Hence, here is a quick summary on my updates... hee

I started working as a temp promotor for fragrance at various departmental stores on 11 may... had training on that day and effectively started working on 12may... this is a 1 mth assignment till 10 june through a job agency... since i'm waiting for interviews for my perm jobs' applications, so i did not want to take up a long temp job... n the job agency called me up on this job... so i just took it up ba as i never tried promotor job before... so just treat it as a new experience though i not very gian hahah preferred office temp job...=p Well, so far i had worked for 5 days le... at metro sengkang... generally i have to figure out how the whole system work ba... coz i was not told nor briefed on how to report to work de... only when i was at robinsons centrepoint for training, one of the staff told me whenever i report to work at any departmental store, i have to enter by the staff entrance... which means whenever i'm going to a new store for work, i have to search ard for the staff entrance...-_-" so... every 1st day going to a new place will be quite a lost one ba... hahah oh well... learning something new... did not know abt this last time coz never worked at departmental stores before... so tml, i got to go explore again n "hit nails" hahah... coz i'm going to another new store tml... Btw thank you DuanNeng for visiting me on wed at work to pei wo eat dinner... Appreciate it lots gal...*hugz*

So, i have been very busy all these while... after the fyp presentation on the 7th... i had some rest at home on 8th n 9th n did try to send out some job applications online... then 10th went down to the temp job company n 11th training n started work on 12th... Btw on 11th i was also working at liza wang concert at singapore indoor stadium...=) i really super enjoy working there *smilez* I was working as a north usher that day at the arena area... checking tickets n usher patrons to their seats...=) Was very busy then... but i still enjoyed the job... i also got to watch the concert while guarding the gate... it's a bonus!! hahah think i'm really old leh... the songs sang by liza wang, i actually heard most of them before n i KNOW how to sing too... hahah think i'm really old... hahah *grinz*

In the end, i din get to work for the indian show coz the incharge called some of us up that they do not need so many pple for that day, so i din get to work for it to see what kind of issues will be there for us to handle... since different shows have different kinds of crowds... Hope next time will still have the chance...=) The next show that i'm working will be this sat's Grasshopper's concert!! Looking forward to it...*beamz*

Finally!! FYP Presentation is Over!! beamz

Yeah!! At 930am, I felt so relieved and happy!! No words can really describe my happiness at that very instant!! I'm done with my FYP Presentation!! *beamz* I'm just so so so so so happy!! Very very happy!! I'm done with the last task on the list for my entire school life!! Really feel so glad...=) I'm also impressed by myself, as this is the first time that i chose not to prepare any speech at all and just present with my slides...=) For now, i'm really looking forward to my result release in june... Will be praying hard...*grinz* Really looking forward towards my graduation!! The Convocation Ceremony 2007!! =p hee can take photos with all my friends in NTU... take photos with the graduation bear!!! =p

Btw now i will update on my first day working with SIS...=) It's really fun!! On that day, i was again very early hahah the 2nd person who reached the gco room...hahah then i slowly took my time to search for a S size top... it's the only one there... oops! hahah then at first i was so blur i took a male S size vest hahah no wonder so big lah hahah luckily one of the gal Patsy checked the tag n told me it's a male vest...=p so i went to look for a female one... hahah After changing, we had a briefing... After briefing, we went inside the stadium to go to our respective positions... and our senior will again briefed us on our duties over there...=) I was east usher... so will be guarding the east arena... which is the premium seats... Btw luckily through out there wasn't any difficult probs to handle so all can be solved...=p I get to enjoy the matches as well while sitting over at the stairs while guarding the gate...*beamz* I really love watching badminton matches LIVE!!! Very exciting!!! =p So, i really feel very fortunate to be able to work there, while fulfilling my duties, i get to watch the matches as well...*grateful!!* After end of work, my colleagues - Wendy Ng, Shawn, Jieying n me, we went for dinner... Great to know u guys...=p

Today, the list of manpower for the rest of the May events is out!! I will be working on Liza Wang Concert this Fri, an Indian Talkshow this Sun and also the Grasshoppers Concert next Sat...*smilez* Looking forward to working on these events, as every event will have different kinds of crowds, which means i will get more exposure and experience for different kinds of events...*beamz* This will help to improve my familarity of the venue and handling more different kinds of issues... So super looking forward to them!! =p

Meanwhile, i will also be mass-applying for my full-time job in the future and also to think thorugh clearly what i want for my career... It's really a tough decision and thinking process... Hope that i will sort out my thinking fast... hahah Really hope to get a job of my interest and also enjoy the work and the environment and also most importantly enjoy working with the colleagues there...=) God Bless me!! hee =p

Hip Hip Hurray!! Exams finally ended!! hahah Feel so excited and happy and relieved!! *beamz* After my last paper, Wanchew and me travelled down to Heeren to meet up with Chiaomin for lunch at Balcony...=) It is my first visit there... had previously heard about the place but have yet to visit it... so now tada!! I went to Balcony le!! =p Well, i believe this place is much better in the night... should be more cozy n a good chilling out place for a group of friends... The food was alright... i like the sauce for the calamari!! hahah After lunch, we went to walk around heeren and cineleisure... it has been so long since i last shopped around here... hee today i never buy anything... though i saw a pair of earrings - very nice n unique!! but i didn't buy coz it's ex... $12.90 for a pair of earrings...=( Around 6pm, we parted for home...=) Btw, the 9pm show on channel 8 is nice! It's quite interesting in its 拍摄手法 with the thoughts of the various characters being shown and some interesting lines put up at the side also...=p

*Tml will be a super busy day!! Will be doing up all my slides for my FYP Presentation on Mon and preparing my speech!! Since on sun, i will be starting my part-time job at SIS... Yeah!! Get to watch Aviva Open!! *grinz* Looking forward... hee =)*

Today, i went to Singapore Indoor Stadium for the Guest Care Officer briefing cum training...=) After the training today, i really look forward to working there...=p As always, i enjoyed organising events and be part of an event... it gives me sense of satisfaction... and every event it's a new, different n learning experience... hence, i super enjoy in planning, organising and executing events...*smilez*

This part-time job of mine... though to many people it is known as an usher job... but i find that it is challenging...=p I will be dealing with all sorts of people... and catering to their needs and concerns... which is something not new to me as i had been through other vacation jobs in the past dealing with customer service... This time round, it will be taking it up to another different level ba...*beamz* Hence, i really look forward to start working...=)

Well... due to my exams... i can only start working after my exam which is 4 May... So, the first event that i will be doing though won't be the whole season due to exams, will be the Aviva Open Singapore 2007!! Yeah!! So happy!!! Coz i like to watch badminton tournaments!! Yeah!!! Besides working n learning, i get to watch the tournament as well... Hope i will get the 3 days that i signed up for the event Aviva... n also all the other upcoming events in may such as liza wang concert, an indian talk show, etc that i signed up for too...=p Only coming mon, then they will finalise the list of people who will be working for the Aviva Open... Shall wait for good news in my email... hee *grinz*

As for now, I will be busy... Start to prepare for my last paper n my slides for FYP presentation... *buzzing pig*

Though it is just one week, many things happened... Let me do a quick summary...=)

Firstly, i had 2 papers on tue!! Slept only 2 hrs the night before... was so so tired after the 2 papers... well... generally i think that these 2 papers wasn't that bad... though morning paper i don't have time to finish!!! then the evening paper... was okie i guess... my favourite module... French!! *beamz* Although i'm like super duper tired le, i still managed to do the paper with alertness ba...*3 cheers!! hee* After the paper, Agnes n i went to JP Bento box to have our dinner... we were like so hungry le... We started to chit chat over dinner... n Guess what?? I found a 知音!! *beamz* This sweet new girl fren of mine, also has the same interest as me!!!! Yeah!!!! She also has this fetish over uniformed groups, as in really like them and enjoy going to those AirForce, Navy, Army kinda exhibitions!!! Yeah!! Next time i can get her to go with me le!!! *smilez* I have always like those exhibitions... but none of my gal frens are interested in them ba... coz it's so so not girl leh... whahahahah btw this is the first time i publicly tell pple this "secret" of mine ba... coz have not been able to find pple with "this" same interest with me...=) In addition, we also found other discoveries about one another... She also appreciates plays, musicals, etc...Just like me!! Great!! Next time, i will also ask you to go with me le...*grinz*

On wed, was a super bad day for me ba... Had my Worst paper so far for this exams!!! I'm really super worried about it... I really have no idea if i have enough marks to pass not... Super worrying... Haiz... the only thing now i can do is to PRAYZ!!! Praying for the Best!!! Pray to Graduate!!! God Bless me please!!!! *helplessly praying for some miracle?!? Hmm*

As for today, had another paper in the morning... also slept 2 hrs only before the paper... Rather tired now... Had a great lunch today!!! Went to reckee this place that i saw online very long time ago, which sell this "Or Nee", also known as yam paste with ginko nuts... it's a famous dessert from the teochew community...=) Btw Thanks to Shineng for the lift... n to go there to reckee n had our lunch there at that Amoy Food Centre... the store is at that food centre...=p I had a super heavy lunch... n topped it up with nice desserts... was super full ah!!! Great enjoyment after "fighting battle" in school...*smilez*

Tonight, i will rest well... tomorrow i need to travel down to singapore indoor stadium in the morning for the briefing cum training for this part-time job - usher...=) Looking forward to working there...*beamz*

Now, i'm in the midst of my examinations... Done with 2 papers le... They should be fine i guess... I was like so worried for this exams n when i'm doing every single paper... I told myself not to leave any blanks... even for those questions that i do not know how to do, i must still try to write something there for the marker to see and try to give me some marks... so i was trying very hard to minimise the blanks i have for my papers... Really hope everything goes well for me and i can pass all modules and graduate!! *Praying for blessings from above...=)*

This upcoming week is the main "bomb"!! I'm having 4 papers... 2 on tue, 1 on wed and 1 on fri... N the paper i worried the most will be the one on wed... it's a major prescribed elective!! It's very difficult... I really dun quite understand what i'm studying... n there's no past year papers' solutions for reference!! It's really very scary!!! n the class is so small... with less than 30 people taking this module... Sometimes, i really wonder... why i always like to take something difficult to kill myself?!?! *scared n helpless* I'm trying very hard to do whatever i can for this paper... n hope my profs will pass me!!!! I need to pass!!!! This is my final year last sem le...Please... Please let me graduate... *praying very hard...*

Never felt so stressed before for exams... perhaps it's due to the fact that this is my last semester and i have to make it so... but i realised that i do not have enough time to study everything well... omg!! feeling so argh!! How?? seriously very scary!!! I just want to pass all my modules will do le... I'm not asking for a lot though... but it seems quite difficult...=( I see the amount of stuffs i need to squeeze them into my brain and remember them well... I'm feeling so helpless!! To further add on to my stress, my cramps are killing me...=( Argh!!!

Started to camp in school lib for the past 3 days till late to study... I will continue to study hard n smart for the exams... hope I will be blessed by God... to let me pass and graduate!! I want to convo this July with the graduation bear with my name!!! Praying really hard... Pls bless me...

I have been super busy... n have not been updating my blog... Oops!! heheh Well... Felt so happy today!! Woohoo!! Hahah Next week is recess week le!! n today my quiz is easy!! n today i finally met up with Bijin after so long...=) Met up with Bijin to go shopping!! N we got good deals!! Guess what?? mjphosis got SALE!! 50% to 70% discount!! I bought 2 skirts!! 1 at 50% discount n the other at 70% discount!! It's my first time buying something from mjphosis!!*beamz* Bijin also bought 1 skirt from there...=) She bought a sweater too from another shop also on sale!! hahah We carried on shopping... n i bought 1 bracelet n a pair of earrings!! *smilez* We shopped till ard 9 plus before we headed for our dinner at Kenny Rogers...=p Felt so full after our dinner hahah n we headed home after that...=)

So happy after taking a break from work... I have been rather busy for the whole of term 1... busy with FYP n other modules... Quizes... Had been a super busy week for me... I had a total of 4 quizes!! Faintz!! 1 on tue and 3 on wed!! So... I had a date with 3 quizes on vdae itself... How exciting!! hahah *winkz* There's this bazaar thing going on in school but i din really walk around due to my quizes... well, i happened to pass by this booth selling a very special kind of music box... it's really very cute!! you have to manually turn the thing then the music will come out...heheh then they got 6 different songs to choose from... many of them i cant figure out the tune hahah only "over the rainbow" it's the nicest le!! n so i bought one for myself!! *beamz* So happy!! Just very facinated by it and find it very cute... seriously i think it makes a very good gift as well... but i din buy more of it... hahah hmm... shld have bought another one...=p

Thursday, went to sing KTV after school with DuanNeng and Shineng... Quite long never sing le... Need to destress hahah But in the end, cant really sing very well... seems like my voice never come out... hahah Today, i wanted to diy dye my hair de... but never sell the colour i wanted... no stock... hmm... so cant dye my hair...=(

Btw, 1 wk ago i went to have a haircut... duno how the hairdresser cut de... cut away many of my curls... haiz... my mum said... by right just cut wun cut away many of my curls de... the gal must be went to "xue" my hair... that's y now my curls are almost gone... so sad... by right it can last longer de... so sianz... half a yr only then the curls almost all gone due to this haircut... argh!! my previous haircut in nov also nv become like that... that lady also cut my hair but my curls are still there... in fact after the cut my curls are more visible n nice... then this gal cut till like that... haiz... me not so rich to go perm again now... plus i also dun wish to perm it so soon... only half a yr since the perm... i dun want to spoil my hair lor... i nv like the idea to do so many services on my hair... coz will spoil my hair... that's y so far i haven dye my hair in salon... only tried to diy dye my hair... n so far in my life, i only tried once rebond n once digital perm... Haiz... then now my hair really not so nice ba... almost all the curls are gone... left a bit only... then the way she cut my hair... made my hair a bit messy lor... *faintz* The only thing i can do now is to wait lor... wait till my hair is longer... wait till i have money to spare on my hair... then will go perm ba... Caught a very bad flu since Saturday... only sort of recovered on Wed... Was trying to catch as much rest as i can while doing my FYP... Esp mon, i was so tired as i had make up lessons for french due to cny... n the lesson ended at 830pm... that's very late... n my flu got worst...=( Well... the good thing now, is that i have recovered!! =) On thurs, i had my first french test...=p hope i will do well...*smilez* Btw, this weekend i will be busy preparing for 4 quizes coming up... 1 on coming Tue n 3 on Wed!! Faintz!! Wish me luck ah!! hahah

On Sun night, i was watching Project Superstar on TV... I'm so happy that Daren won!!! Yeah!!! Rare Enjoyment during my Busy Sch Term!!

On Fri, we - SongKwang, Kelvin, Jarren, Yanling, Juana n me celebrated Jieming's Birthday at KuiShinbo...=) I was like super full after the buffet... Really bloated to the max!! hahah The fri buffet got special items at the ring of the bell!! heheh =p Interesting!! hahah have to go queue for the special items de...*winkz* Well... ate the lobsters and i like the round which gave desserts!! Mochi ice-cream and the white chocolate strawberry!! *yummy* After that, we went home... n i continued to do my fyp till very late...=(

On Sat, went to eat buffet lunch at The Magic of Chong Qing Hotpot at Tanglin Shopping Centre with DuanNeng...=) The price increased le... different from the last time we ate... Last time was so much cheaper!! Last time was more worth it ba...*winkz* After that, we went over to Far East to shop for new yr stuffs!! Both of us bought a shirt for work... for me will be for interview n work in the future...=) Yeah!! I managed to buy a pair of nice covered shoes for interview, convo n work!! N the best part is... it can match my tube dress for new year!! Great!! it's a multi-purpose shoes le!! *beamz* So happy!! It's my first pair of covered shoes!! All my shoes are non-covered de hahah DuanNeng also got a pair of shoes too...=p I also managed to buy my new yr bag...*smilez* so in total, i bought 3 things today!! =)

2 Weeks of School 。。。

2 weeks of school had passed... This sem is gonna be one that's really super busy... This sem is my last semester n i'm taking 7 modules... due to failing of 1 mod last sem...=( I was in a dilemma on thurs after attending the lesson for a non examinable ge... The thought of dropping it came to my mind... however, if i dropped it now, it's hard for me to find another mod which fits in my timetable nicely and it's non examinable... The mod i wanted to take before result released was French... then after result released, due to the failing of 1 mod, i gave up the idea of taking French... But now after much thought, i decided to take French as my ge after dropping the non-examinable ge... I know learning a new language will take up a lot of my time, however, i really want to take it due to my interest for it n i dun want to take some ge just for the sake of clearing ge... haiz... *btw i realised i'm not the only one who dropped that non-examinable ge... 4 pple dropped that too...* So now, my workload for this sem will be a heavy one le... really got to work super hard for it!!

Pre-Fun before School Starts 。。。

Had a JC Class gathering yesterday with Mrs Soong, Jenn Chiang, Yongwei, Yanru, Yanli, Timothy, Joo Chuan, Shineng, DunaNeng n me at Vivocity... We had lunch buffet at Carnivore Brazilian Restaurant... Super filling after that...=p After lunch, we went to mind cafe to play board games... It's my first time checking out mind cafe at Prinsep Street... Had fun playing the game "Settlers of the Catan"!! *beamz* There are lotsa board games to choose from... luckily Timothy played one of the games before, so he explained this game n we started playing it... n it's very Fun!! haha At the end of the day, i'm like somewhat addicted to the game... *faintz!! hahah* Hopefully, next time i will have chance to play this game again...=) After that, we went to selegie to eat 豆花... Then, most of them are tired, so they went home... left with Shineng n me, we went to sing KTV... i was very gian about singing KTV before school reopen...=p So there we went!! Today, i travelled to NTU to print my notes!! Preparing for school start le!! *smilez* Feeling quite stressed about this coming semester... hmm... mixed feelings actually... I'm stressful due to the fact that the modules i'm taking are rather hard core modules... I'm happy coz it will be my last semester in NTU!! *which means graduation is near...a long-awaited day...winkz* I'm pretty lost coz student life is ending real soon n i have yet to thoroughly figure out what i want for my career... I'm worried about the uncertainty that's ahead of me after graduation... I'm... Basically, there has been lotsa thinking, researching, soul-searching, reflection n surveying done... But still... I haven got myself a conclusion yet... Well... my wish for this year, will be to graduate this coming June 07, and able to find a job that i will enjoy and at the same time have a stable income... All i want it's a simple, stable, fulfilling n enriching life... In addition, i have a dream too... n i will be slowly planning n working towards it... *beamz* It shall be a secret for now... When the time is ripe, I will then share with all of you...*winkz*

Finally, I had watched Charlotte's Web!! It's a long story y till now, then I managed to watch this movie... Well... the impt thg it's that i had watched it today with DuanNeng!! Yeah!! I read this book long long time ago when i was in Primary 5...=) It's one of my favourite book...*smilez* Well... i think the movie is not as good as the book... hahah but it's alright still... got the Pig!! *beamz* Seriously, i also think that the Pig in the movie "Babe" is a much better one... Babe, it's going to be my all-time fav still...=)

Before the movie, we ate at Ya Kun... after the movie, we went to eat mos burger...*yummy!!* After shopping ard, we ended up in mos burger again... heheh this time it's to eat desserts!! Strawberries with White Chocolate!! *Heaven!! =p* It's a Happy Day!! Woohoo!!

So happy!! Today, i spring-cleaned my room!! Yeah!! Now, it's so neat n clean n nice... see le also happy!! Woohoo!! hahah Feel so proud of myself!! *crazy gal!!* Well, i cannot stand messiness... overtime... somehow my room will stock up rubbish hahah keep this keep that duno y nv throw... hahah then start to pile up rubbish... for eg some leaflets gotten from ltr box lah... rough papers used for sch work lah... empty plastic bags keep n keep machiam some garang guni lah... wahahaha *faintz* Think you all can roughly understand what i meant by pile up rubbish overtime... hahah Anyway, the most impt thg now is that, i had cleaned up my room the whole day n now it's nice n clean... n i'm very happy about it...*beamz* Actually, my room not that hard to clean... coz 我有事没事 will pack my room... hahah think i'm mad!! Simply becoz i really cannot stand messiness!! hahah Now, i had also clear space for my notes for sch reopen next week...=p

Had our Annual Christmas Dinner Gathering on 29 Dec at Trina's house... We catered food in for our dinner... The turnout rate is not as good as last year's but still not bad... there are 15 of us - SongKwang, Jieming, Kelvin, Jarren, Dong, Marvin, Doh, Dee, Yanling, Juana, Ivy, SinMay, Sumay, Trina n me...=p Hope that in the years ahead, all of us will continue to make it an effort to meet up more often...*smilez* To think about it, we have known one another for 7 years le...*hahah feel so old le...=p* Feel so happy that we are still keeping in contact with one another...=) As usual, we had our gift exchange too... Yanz got the present that i bought - Ceramic Chocolate Fondue Set... I had Trina's gift - Calendar Duckling for Table...=)

On Thurs, DuanNeng asked me to go sing KTV!! =p So rare ah...heheh n we went!! *beamz* So, we met up in Hougang n had Han's for lunch!! Yeah!! Had my Grilled Fish set lunch...yummy!! =p Then, we shopped ard in hougang mall first before going to sing KTV at KBox Ladies' nite... When it's time, we went over to the KBox, only to realise that there's no ladies' nite at this branch... so Diaoz!! So we check in as Kstudent lor... The website nv state which branch dun have ladies' nite leh... Argh!! We sang till 10... I sang till no voice le... hahah We went off to supper at Thomson Roti Prata Place with Shineng as well... I had a cheese mushroom prata, shared a paper prata with icecream with DuanNeng and coffee chino... Super full n bloated after that...=p

The Mayonnaise Jar and the 2 Cups of Coffee

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. And then he asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes." The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand.

The students laughed. "Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things-God, your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions-and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car. The sand is everything else-the small stuff."

"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first-the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend."

Went out with DuanNeng to Vivocity!! Ate tim sum for lunch at Food Republic... Then, we watched movie - Happy Feet at GV max... First time watching movie at Vivocity!! =p The best part for the movie is... before the movie begins... there's previews for upcoming movies... n i saw Charlotte's Web preview!! The pig is so super duper cute!! *beamz* it's such a bonus to me in the cinema!! =) So happy!! can't wait for it to 上映...heheh =p Btw the Happy Feet it's quite a nice show... the baby penguins are cute!! Those grown up penguins so so only...oops! not as cute le... hahah but the show it's still nice generally...=)

After the movie, we shopped around... i tried a top n skirt n they are nice n fitting on me!! The top costs $30 n the skirt costs $33... total will be $63... so I need to think... coz it's kinda expensive... So, we went to dinner at Thai Express first... Had Fried Prawn Omelette with Steam Rice and Mango Glutinuous Rice with Coconut Milk for dessert!! *beamz* Happy!! Had a great time chatting too... we chatted from the dinner place until 10 plus, then we shifted to the garden outside at level 3 to continue chatting...=p In the end, when i reached hm, then i realised that we had forgotten all about it... to think if i want to get the clothes!! hahah so funny!! Nvm... i can still slowly think if i want to get them... since next mon there will be a jc class outing at Vivo... so if i had decided to get them... i can buy them on mon! *smilez*

In the end, din have enough time to properly do my q 4 n 5... Haiz... After having exams for so many years... Think im still not exam smart enough... Argh!!! Had quite a lot of blanks for q 1 n 4... Though i sort of completed q 2 n 5... but duno if im totally right... Now the only thing i can do it's to pray le!! Praying hard to pass all my exams!! Had my first paper of this sem this morning - Structures 2... Haiz... It's not an easy paper i feel... Not enough time to complete... Duno if I did it right or wrong... Really got to pray real hard... I need to pass this module! as it's a prerequisite to my another module... Hope everything goes well for me... I want to create another milestone this sem...*Praying Hard n Studying Hard!!* Wish myself lotsa luck for this exams...=p

Was so tired n brain dead after the paper... Had lunch with Chiaomin at Long John at JP... After that, I went to cut my hair at Kimage ToaPayoh... It has been 3 mths ever since i first permed my hair... It's getting messy n thick le... got to get it cut n trim... if not it's so messy!! *argh!* Felt so happy after my hair cut... plus treatment too... First time did treatment to my hair!! *beamz* The stylist suggested to me, to do treatment since i had permed my hair for 3 mths le... Will be good for the hair... Hence, i gave it a try!! Nice!! My hair got softer!! heheh Happy!! n initially i thought that by cutting my hair i will loose some of my curls... in the end... it turns out to be much better!! Just like i permed my hair again!! hahah Amazing!! =) Perhaps it's due to the haircut... so my hair is not so 'heavy' now... plus oso the blow-drying skill of the stylist ba... hahah Most imptly, my hair is not messy now le!! Yeah!! *smilez* Can continue to study hard n smart for my exams n not be bothered by my hair le...=)

My 100th Post!! =)

I realised this is going to be my 100th post... n the most coincidental of all it's that it falls on 6th Nov... which is when i started my blog a yr ago...=p hahah I started the blog with the intention to destress for exams that time... n now it's oso time to prepare for exams!! *Stressed!!*

Went to KBox with Wanchew n ChiaoMin... Hope those photos taken are okie for your assignment hahah =p Then, we had Han's for dinner... Ate my all-time fav grilled fish set dinner...*yummy!!* After dinner, we shopped around... We each bought a pair of earrings... 3 for 10 bucks... n we each saw sthg we like...*beamz* I bought a necklace for 10 bucks...=p Think besides using it as a necklace... i'm going to turn it into a belt as well...*grinz* So happy!! enjoyed myself!!

A Long n Stressful Week 。。。

For the whole week, it had been really stressful... Had 2 quizes and yesterday was the deadline for the Integrated Design Final Report... Finally!! It's completed!! So happy!! Hurray!! *beamz* Suddenly, can feel this sense of relief.... coz next week i do not have any quizes nor deadlines to meet... Therefore, i can fully concentrate on studying for my upcoming exams!! *smilez*

Yesterday was an eventful day... Completed the report, got it printed n binded... Then, helped out in Wanchew n Chiaomin's storyboarding assignment... they got to do a mtv with still shots... then i became the main character inside...*sweat!! hahah i dun even know how to act... luckily it's still shots... not exactly acting...if not i oso cant really help them ah...* Tml, they need me to take some shots while singing... So... tml we are going to KTV!! It's going to be my last fun activity before i start my full fledge camping in sch lib to study!! *Yeah!!*

After school, met up with my fren for dinner at Terra Cafe at Bugis... So happy!! Had sweet n sour fish set meal... n the ice-cream is peppermint chocolate chips!!! It's the first time they offer this flavour... coz the past few times they had coffee n chocolate only... I like both coffee n chocolate... just that my all-time fav ice-cream is peppermint chocolate chips!! *yeah!!* After the meal, went over to a dessert store along one of the streets at bugis... named Ah Chew Desserts... It's very crowded... Very hard to get seats... First time there for me... I tried the Mango Sago... Nice!! There's a lot of mango inside n the sago is well-cooked!! =p After a super full set dinner n nice dessert, we took bus to Indoor Stadium... Seriously, after IA, i start to appreciate what i am studying... I like the Bridge over there... *appreciating the structure n enjoying the slight breeze n chatting... just that stood for too long... legs a bit tired hahah but still enjoyed the serenity n calmness...* Thanx for ur accompany...=)

On Fri, Bijin n me went to Vivocity!! First time there...heheh =p The whole place it's very big!!! In the end, we din have much time to explore... as when we reached there, we went up to Food Republic to have our dinner... Nice!! Personally, i like the 复古 setting over there...=) We took quite some time to search for seats... since it's a fri plus it's dinner peak hour... I had 玉柱旗子炖鸡汤 and also 豆浆油条... Super Full after that!! We went out to the Sky Garden to take a look... the scenic view it's not bad...=p Then we walked around... n I finally bought a formal shirt... Really like it very much!! n it's a long story of how i lost my shirt n obtained it back in the end... Thank God i got it back...*beamz*

*I will remember the whole incident whenever i see my shirt n vivocity... hahah n to those frens who patiently heard my story n those who helped me too... thanx a lot!! =)*

That's why today i made my 2nd trip down to Vivocity to get my lost shirt...*again din managed to explore the place hahah* I only went down in the evening after going to the Career Fair at Suntec in the afternoon... Met up with Yanz n Dong for dinner at BakerzIn...*First time there too =)* The desserts are Great!!! *yummy! =p* After dinner, we travelled to Serangoon Garden to have supper at Chomp Chomp with the rest of them - SongKwang, Jarren, Kelvin, Jieming n Juana...*smilez*

*Tml will be a super busy day!!! I need to complete one report... n study for my mon's quiz... though i started studying it on wed le... but haven finished studying it yet... Then, coming week will be super busy as well, as i need to complete a report for a project... n oso study for thurs' quiz!! I shall continue to perservere on!!! Stressed!!!*

Finally!! We - Oleania, Opheania, Joanna, DunaNeng n me, met up with one another after so long... hahah Great!! Had Sakura International Buffet Dinner at Toa Payoh...=p So happy to catch up with one another after so long... Think the last time we met up was near to 1 yr ago... Even so, we still have lotsa thgs to share... Feel so nice to catch up with frens whom we knew one another for like at least 8 yrs...*smilez*

Went out with my mum to celebrate her Birthday!! =) We went to Pariss to have lunch buffet... First time there!! =p Well... we find it so so only... hmm... but overall it's not bad... Worth trying it once ba... After lunch, we happened to pass by a shop... n i saw a very nice tube dress and we went in to try n bought it!! heheh it's nice!! Decided to wear it for chinese new year!! hahah it's purplish-pink... My first tube dress!! *beamz* My mum is also satisfied with the dress for cny...*coz cannot wear dark colours, black n white for cny... older relatives will not like it...* so yeah!! coming cny i dun have to crack my head n search for clothes for cny le!! *grinz* After we bought the dress, we went over to KBox to sing KTV!! =) Had a Great Sunday with my mummy!! *smilez*

*This week, i'm going to start my engine to mug for exams!! At the same time, i can prepare for the upcoming quizes next week... Also, got to do my report for both bridges... Still got so much work to complete before i can fully concentrate in studying for exams...=(*

Think i might just "buang" my quiz...*sobz* Got to work super duper hard for my exams le... Luckily this mod have 2 quizes... my first quiz shld be okie... so hopefully... u know... hahah Had project discussion after classes, n we went to consult the tutors too... realised we are making life hard for ourselves... n something it's wrong with our drawing!! We went to the bridge to see again n come to a conclusion le!! *smilez* After that, i went to JP to meet up with my fren for dinner... Super paiseh!! coz he had interview in the afternoon... n my discussion end pretty late... Thanks for waiting... Had a nice dinner over at Crystal Jade...*yummy*

Watched a movie at Plaza Singapura... "The Prestige"... it's a nice show!! Only know the answer till the very end...=p Went to TCC to have a warm drink and my all-time fav dessert at TCC - Tirumisu!! *beamz* Had a nice chat too... Btw hope you are feeling much better now... Live Life to the Fullest!! =p

Had my HRM quiz... i would say it's an easy quiz... BUT... Think my memory got some holes!! *faintz* I will definitely miss out some points in answering each n every question!! Argh!! Feel so frustrated over myself... Though i will still pass my quiz... but i believe it's not a gd pass n the whole world will be doing very well for it... haiz... I'm the only one to blame... Must be i didn't study hard n long enough for it...=( Will Jiayou for the Exams de!!

After the quiz, I started to invade the lib!! hahah i planned to study till 10pm before i go hm... n i was super blur!! actually the lib haven start to close at 1130pm... n i didn't know!! hahah Was happily studying until 9pm then saw pple packing up n leaving the lib... then i find it so weird... y so many of them r packing n leaving at the same time!! hmm... then i dun care n carry on studying... then a while later the pple behind me oso started packing... then i sensed something is wrong... so i asked the person behind me then i realised the lib will be closing...=( hence, i packed up and went hm too...*feel so sua ku* anyway, i told this to many frens... n they kept laughing... -_-" Btw it is a happy day too! *grinz*

Had my 2 combo quizes!! one after another... Didn't have enough time to complete the quiz... passing shldn't be a prob ba for one... then the other i really hope i can pass... *praying super hard!!* After the quizes, i felt so relieved!! Finally, i can take a short break!! =) After school, went to Holland Village Wala Wala with my council frens - Jarren, Kelvin, Jieming, Dong n Yanling... It is my first time to Holland Village... hahah feel so "sua ku" =p We had our dinner over there n drinks while listening to the live band over there... The calamari n the chicken wings there r nice!! *beamz*

Went to sing KTV... n had my dinner at Cosy Bay... It is my first time there... the scenery is not exactly fantastic due to the Haze!! hahah the music played over there it's nice...=p Had supper somewhere at Bedok... not sure of the exact location... hahah Did enjoyed myself singing n chatting...

Btw hope you will feel much better after pouring out all ur sorrows n troubles... and move on with ur life... If she's meant to be... she will be...=) For now, let nature take its course ba... *You will know who you are... if u happen to drop by here n read this...=p*
